Only 1 worker, working suuuuper slowly & loooong waited line, incredibly inefficient & wasted times.

We were coming into the City for a meeting, and needed some materials printed and bound, so we placed an online print order - which was rather substantial, to pick up 8am Monday. When we arrived the order was not even printed, they stated whomever worked over the weekend did not do their job - but they were going to get them printed. Because they were not ready we had to hire a currier to deliver them to the meeting place, but when we reviewed - well they were AWFUL, the paper was not the quality we ordered (28lb laser paper) and the print job itself looked terrible as did the coil bindings. We order from UPS across the country all the time, this was terribly embarrassing and this was ridiculously expensive to have poor work done.

Efficient service (I came first thing in the AM on a Thursday)

HOWEVER, this was the first place I used my physical CC for contactless payment in over a week and within a few hours, I had a fraud attempt (about 12 "Hulu" charges that my company caught right away). I believe my card details were swiped at the register as I paid. I'd be cautious if I were you ¯_ (ツ) _/¯ I don't use my physical card much, so it stands out.

Not sure why they offer online printing services if only the manager can perform print jobs. I ordered a print job online, was given a due date of today, went to the store and was told by the person behind the counter that no printing could be done because the manager wasn't there. Could we transfer the print job elsewhere? No. Could we get a refund for it? Also no.

There is a Fedex one block away and a Staples a block and a half. Skip this UPS - spend your money and time elsewhere.

Very unhelpful. I had a heavy package and needed to print out the shipping label which I had on a flash drive and in my email. Their public computers were out of service so I could not print from them. They had two printers w USB drives but they said it was company policy I wasn’t allowed to directly insert my USB drive to the printer so I couldn’t not use those either. I asked if I could email them the label, they said no. I had to carry my package to the next closest ups. Guess what? I was able to email them my label and they printed it.

Returned a package mid afternoon, line was long-no big deal but the guy scanning packages, Spanish music playing loud and not one word was exchanged between us! He didn’t say hi, nor thank you! Customer service at its worse. No people skills and attitude on his face
It was a bit out of my way, 20 min walk from work on 5th Ave during my lunch break and at first I didn’t mind, it’s a nice day I could enjoy it but after leaving -I felt annoyed! First trip -last trip to this location

Terrible location the staff wasn’t helpful I was just trying to print one piece of paper and their machine wasn’t working properly. I had asked in the very beginning if they can just print it for me and they said it was self service but again their machines weren’t working. A total of $9 after their computer usage charges for one piece of paper. Pure insanity.

Best UPS I’ve been to. Customer service was excellent and everyone seems very knowledgeable. Special shout-out to the all star staff - Cesar, Neil, Rob and Jo!

I Went to drop of a package at this UPS store and it was probably the most efficient and helpful store ive been to so far. Easy drop off and very helpful with any questions about tracking and shipment.

Super bad location. I was in there 20mins ago. There is to long lines inside and one guy is sitting inside and playing with his phone and smiling to your face like who you’re just wait, i don’t care. I would like yo punch his face. Why I have to wait and waste of time. Super super bad business.

Very attentive and fast. We came in at the last minute and Robert was kind and efficient at getting our packages through quickly! You were awesome

Every time I come to the 57th street location Cesar is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about so many things.
