Got charged $44 for 3 18”x 18” box’s. Walked out store realized what I just payed and walked right back in. The clerk Adrian said “didn’t you hear me say no refunds”. Meanwhile he told me was not to pack it in the store, nothing about no refunds. Receipt in hand and was denied within 2 min of buying. I suggest going a different UPS

First they wanted 6.99 for a bag because u can't mail it in your own bag.
So a kind lady gives me one on line for free. Then this guy tries to tell me $2.00 for tape for one piece of tape. Thankfully someone on line gave me some. After waiting 10 minutes foe their down system to work. I'm bumped to back of the line because of it. Snails pace and ignorant. Grow up

Associate was very polite and helpful in explaining my overnight shipment options, the process and the cost factors. He quickly got my package on the way! The store location is very convenience as well.

Zero star would be more like it at this Shirley store. Instead of scanning QR code on my emailed label in order to print my free return label, the staff insisted I forward email to him at a fee of $5.00. I printed the label for 0.10 cents at the library and will drop off package at CVS Access Point.

Love the staff here. Always have. But might I suggest or make a recommendation of having a designated area of the store (although very small in size) for those who simply want to drop-off a package and not need a receipt? Standing in line during lunch-time hours for 20+ mins just to have a staff member ask me if there's anything else I need and proceeds to print a receipt and hand it over to me in under 30 secs, is quite frustrating. By no means am I complaining about the staff here and how fast they work. They are always cordial and super-friendly. But there needs to be a better way of handling packages for those who package, tape and add UPS labels at home, themselves. I've seen staff members approach those of us in-line during the Winter holidays to take care of customers who are 'just dropping off', why can't it be done when the line exceeds say. 4 or more people, during other times of the year? I've been to other UPS stores where every now and then a staff member behind the register will glance over to the line and ask "Is anyone here just dropping off? You can place your package over here. ". I just wish this UPS store would/could do the same.

The two gentlemen working today were outstanding! Very friendly and hard working! The store was very clean and organized. I was impressed! They deserve some recognition and I will 100% be returning with my business!

I would highly recommend this specific UPS Store location. The staff is great and so helpful and accommodating. Both Judith and Adrian provided excellent customer service.

A few weeks ago I got passport photos. But later I noticed the instructions call for the face to be between 1 and 1 & 3/8 inches. Mine was nearly 1.75 inches. I went back and pointed that out to one of the workers, who also happened to be the person who had taken the photo. I added that I no longer had the receipt (but the photos were still in the cardboard folder they gave me). Another worker jumped into the conversation and said there were no refunds for photos. I hadn't asked for a refund. I did expect they would offer a do-over but I hadn't asked for that either. What struck me about this interaction was how quick that person was to prioritize $20 over customer satisfaction.

9 people waiting on line and the Staff is sorting boxes ignoring the long line. When asked why, reply was it will be a while. 11 people waiting by the time I posted this. Do better UPS store

I've had no problems there and definitely not noticed a problem with the staff. As a matter of fact, I have to go there this morning. Typical line is one or two people. I'm in and out relatively quickly.
