Angel was wonderful helping me to send my package by his kindness, professional style, and proficiency. Highly recommend this store.

My son attends University of Rochester. When we had our orientation tour, I noticed a poster for Rochester College Storage and took a photo. At the end of the year, we booked with them to store my son's things for the summer - and I am so glad we did! When my son forgot about his reservation, they called him on his cell phone! They provided plenty of packing materials and everything came through in good shape. We used them again this summer (2023) because of the excellent service. They picked up his things from his room. Service has been prompt, website easy to navigate, plenty of reminder emails to both student and parent. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Customer service at it's best! Recently I needed to ship a laptop from UPS Victor, NY to Bar Harbor, ME. I chose next day delivery. It was not cheap ($150.00+), but the laptop needed to get to Bar Harbor asap. The laptop arrived a day later than arranged much to our disappointment. We followed up at our nearest UPS in Henrietta and spoke to Angel. He was concerned and understood our problem. He assured us we deserved a refund. Immediately, Angel reached out to the Victor UPS and got the refund process underway. Within a few days, Jeff who is the chief manager for both stores, completed the transaction. Our full refund is on its way. What I thought was going to be an ordeal, was dealt with professionally and with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Reliable. Friendly staff. We feel very comfortable leaving our belongings with you over the summer. This is our third summer and I will definitely reccomend to new incoming families.

Don’t waste your time. It’s not a real UPS corporate store and doesn’t in the least represent UPS’ good name. Doesn’t follow UPS customer care policy, but instead makes its own policy, & its own prices. Better to go to another UPS store. I’m surprised it’s still open with how many different managers and employees that it’s gone through. DEFINITELY WONT GO THERE AGAIN. I almost would have not used UPS due to their lack and arrogance but then I learned this location is its own entity not related with corporate UPS or other Corporate UPS Stores. So their employees at that location lack in customer service and don’t follow most UPS Guidelines on top of their Price Gouging. You will regret everything you do there.

$3 to put a piece of tape on a box for an Amazon return. Go to Kohls instead. Highway robbery.

The self-serve Amazon kiosk was super easy to use and the employees still helped me with great customer service! Thank you for making it easier and less inconvenient for the employees when I do my bulk Amazon returns! Lol

Wyatt, Keyshawn and Jayden are always very helpful when I come into the UPS store and very friendly.
