The manager was hiding, pretending to be on a conference call as the line stretched out the door. One associate was trying his best

They refused to accept my amazon return despite having the proper scan code and packed in the original box it came in, ridiculous

In my opinion the guy who claims to be the manager of this UPS store 0363, apparently named "Greg" is a total loon and very unprofessional and he speaks in a very offensive and derogatory manner to customers. He should be fired as he makes the business look really bad. Hes too aggresive towards people. Maybe he forgit to eat his cheerios this morning. I know I will never do businesat this place ever again. I used to do business there twice a week at least. Now that this apprent lunatic runs the joint they can forget my business. I had to actually call the cops today and file a harassment complaint. What a piece of work this nut job is. If you can go somewhere else, consider it folks. Not worth your money to go to this place and be treated disrespectfully as a customer. There's plenty of places that will appreciate your business and that know how to speak with customers. The owner is Mr. ZINN. Called their corporate office and filed a complaint there too. I look forward to speaking with Zinn. Please rid yourself of Greg.in my opinion, he's a loose canon and really bad for your business!

Open till 4? Handwritten closed sign on door with no explanation of why the store was closed early. Ever since the new owner took over they have let go all the reliable employees that were there forever and hired new people that received no training and set to fail. Awful way to run a business especially a national business. What was once a dependable and well run location is now failing.

I shipped a Christmas tree to the resort in Florida where our family planned to celebrate Christmas. Thanks to Southwest Airlines, we never made it to our destination. I expected to have to pay to have the tree picked up and shipped back to us, but Jon told us that since they never open the package, they could refuse the package and send it back to the store with the next UPS driver that stops there for no charge, only difference being that I wouldn't be able to track the package on its way back. Saved me $75.

Very rude service! I would NEVER treat my customers that way. I love my customers and would bend over backwards for them! Time to train the new generation! @
