The UPS Store reviews
6Eli helped me with such patient understanding while I was returning an Amazon order. Great service at this store!
My husband had to return some stuff here and they were great. Mika was very helpful!
Allows you to make an appointment for notary services but does not have it at this location
Went to the UPS store again today about 3: 30 pm and AGAIN was told they cannot scan the Amazon QR code as their system was down. I’ve only used this location 3 times in the last 2 months and each time I’m told their system is down.
How can this business run if their system is down? Doesn’t make sense.
Save time and go to another store, this one has problems.
I won’t bother returning but will stick with the Victor store
Went in today with some packages and had all of my QR codes ready to be scanned and of course as soon as I stepped foot into the building I lost internet connection! Thankfully Calisha was very fast to assist me and was extremely friendly and patient of my "wonderful" phone.
Thank you for the awesome customer service!
Giving one star, easily overrated. I’m only doing so as from a customer standpoint, my experiences have been somewhat positive.
As a former employee, however that’s a different matter within itself. Despite having a credible work record, I was let go due to learning related difficulties (disability based, yes), and coordination barriers. Yes, that is a form of discrimination. I did in fact say that once I nail a task, I retain the learnt skills quite well. Needless to say, that meant nothing to them.
If you have a disability, absolutely avoid working for them! They are very close minded, and ignorant/arrogant in regards to that.
The regional manager, offered to serve as a reference regarding my “good qualities “. I indefinitely declined such an offer, as it’s nothing more than a lazy, half hearted attempt at a professional courtesy.
