8 Made an appointment for fingerprinting via the print and scan website. The site states that this is one of 3 ups store locations that do fingerprinting. Called ahead of time and was told to come in at 9am for my appointment. Showed at 9 and they said the person who does it (Brian) didn't come in until noon. Called back at noon and was told to call again at 2. When I called back at 2 they told me they don't do fingerprinting? What a waste of half of my day waiting around for this ups store or figure out what they do and don't do.
Don't waste your time going here.
Don’t want to go here anymore, multiple very unpleasant experiences with Laurie/Lauren that works there. Very unfriendly, just about rolls her eyes when you walk in. Very rude and full of attitude no matter how nice you try to be. Always rushing you like she’s annoyed that she has to work. She needs to either quit or get fired since her misery is unbearable.
Quick in and out, efficient and knowledgeable and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? ! They also have a wide assortment of shipping supplies if needed.
Terrible customer service, take your packages else where - I've changed my review to 3 stars because the owner is a very sweet lady. Unfortunately certain employees are not trained in her ways.
Normally the service here is fine. Most times the people here are very helpful. One downside is that after 7 months, I still cannot get email or text notifications when mail or packages are delivered to my business class UPS box. I have tried alternate phone numbers and email addresses. I brought in a Amazon return today. It needed no box or label from me. I did provide a box though. I did not see it get taped shut prior to going into the pile of other outgoing packages. Maybe I missed it. Maybe the label was used as tape. I also brought in a box of products being sent to Amazon to sell for my business. I have been binging them in since this past September. All packaged and labeled (pre paid). Aside from the shipping label, there is a box/shipment identification label that Amazon requires. The gentleman proceeded to black out this label with a marker or crayon. Now I will likely end up paying Amazon extra manual processing fees because of this. And, he laughed when I mentioned I may be fined (charged extra) because of it.
My daughter stopped in to make some copies and fax documents…the employee was extremely rude to her. Not our usual experience there so maybe the employee was having a bad day but either way…check your personal baggage at the door when you’re in customer service.
Don't waste your time here, you need to wait for 20-30 mins while the ladies are talking with each others or drinking or fighting instead of doing your job
Dawn from the UPS store gave me such great customer service today! She is the sweetest woman I ever met! Even with the ongoing traffic in and out of the store, she managed to help me send out 4 different packages, printing labels and helping direct me to package my items. She seriously made my life so much easier today! I hope she is paid well for what she does, working in customer service at a busy store like that without a second to catch a breath is hard! I know from past jobs. I commend you for everything you do! Thank you so much & see you next time! -Amanda
