9Hours say closes at 5pm and the doors were locked with an employee working when I arrived at 4: 40pm. I understand this is the holiday season and people are overworked and preoccupied, but if you’re going to close early at least have that reflected in your posted hours. All I saw on the door was NYE and NY day hours that they would be closed. Nothing mentioning it closing before 5pm aside from that. Same goes for Google - says 5pm today.
How many reviews need to say this store doesn’t open on time before they do something about it? It says open at 11AM. It is 11: 17 and still not open. This is ridiculous exp during the holiday season. So unprofessional.
If I could give zero stars I would, I like many other reviewers am often waiting outside well past the posted 9am opening time just trying to drop a package off. Super unprofessional and considering other reviews say the same thing from months ago it seems like nothing is going to be done about it and the company doesn't care. What's the point of posting hours if you never adhere to them? I've also had packages I've dropped off here never make it where they were uploaded to go. Use this UPS location at your own risk, ALWAYS ask for a receipt and don't even bother if you're not going to be here exactly midday because they probably won't be open.
I have been a new customer for 2 years and only have good things to say. The owner and his staff are all very nice and extremely competent. I am always in and out quickly for whatever I need to do here and I do a lot, and I appreciate how efficient they are. Another well run small business by local people that I am happy to support.
Something fishy going on here- lost packages and tons of claims for insurance - is it possible they dont care if an employee takes packages at UPS and looks the other way? Hummmmm could be the case. I use the other UPS location off Larkfield and never had an issue like that ever- the one on 25a is near a fish store and something at this UPS def smells off
Say they are open at 11.line of cars out here.not a person in sight and it's 11: 10 and the place is still locked up.
Store has an issue with opening on time. They have tried moving their hours back, but still David refuses to arrive on time. Might as well make it noon.
Store hours state that they open at 9: 00, here it is 9: 30 and no one to be found. If you can’t open on time at least change the hours in your window and on your website. Very poor way to run a business. According to past posts, this is an ongoing issue.
Closed early yesterday by at least 2 minutes. Not open this morning past 9 am. What gives?
