Worst service ever, computer went down apparently again. Employee waited 16 mins before saying anything. Was kicking packages round the store. Avoid like the plauge

Went up to the door at 6: 25 today and the doors were locked. The employee wouldn’t let me in. Apparently they don’t care to honor the hours posted on the door and online. The employee literally walked out of the building at 6: 27pm.

I love in Idaho. My brother used store 4789 to package and ship my father's military funeral flag to me. Christian did such an amazing job and it arrived unscathed. Thank you will NEVER be enough!

So thankful to this location for helping me solve an issue with a package that was sent back. Christian, the store manager really took the time to make sure my package that was sent back to them, I called him and he knew who I was, handle the situation with directness and said I should be receiving the package as soon as possible. Great customer service, great managing. Thankful to say the least! I will take a picture of the package when it it arrives just to show the care this store location took.

This store used to be amazing. It had excellent customer service. Having said that, it has recently changed ownership and it has gone down the toilet. The last three times I was in the store it was a chaotic joke. There’s one worker who can’t keep up with the demands of a busy store. Lines out the door. The owner leaves him to work alone with very little training for 10-12 hours per day. He has a bad attitude with customers. He kicks and throws boxes all over the store. I returned some items only to have the items sent back to my house! He handed my husband a bucket of mail and told him “look for your own mail, I don’t have time. ” That has to be some kind of violation, having customer sort their own mail.

We’ve called the owner three times and leave messages for him. Noel doesn’t respond or return calls ever. He knows what he’s doing and rather than going in to run the store properly he ditches phone calls from angry customers. We’ve had a mail box there for several years and I’m about to cancel it and go elsewhere. This is absolutely ridiculous!

This place does a great job. Same person each time I go in there and always does a super job. There were
5 people in this store the other day and every person was treated very well and the employee was more than efficient and always friedly. I would give this employee and store a 5 star rating for sure!
