740 dollars over ups quote they over charge rip you off never again will I ship from this store
Never send anything out if the UPS Store in Wappingers Falls! They are a rip off! I called UPS directly and they quoted me a price of $38.10, they charged me $77.68! There response was it's cheaper to ship on line than in the store! That's a 40$ increase!
Attentive staff, short wait times, friendly service. Can’t ask for much else.
I can't say enough positive things about this UPS store. Every single employee is friendly. They even have their own mascot cat you can watch that lays in the sun. I wanted to specifically thank Pat and Zane for always being so kind. Both of them are notaries so it is also very convenient to go here instead of dealing with the bank. My 4 year old son is always greeted by Zane and they have the best conversations and when my little one acts up Zane is always nice and helps direct my sons attention to something fun while I am making a return or getting something notarized. I would definitely recommend this store. We have also used their storage place in the past with no issues.
The best UPS store I’ve been to hands down. The staff is super friendly, patient, and accommodating (negative posts are DEFINITELY not about this location)! I’ve been going there for over 2 years now! They’re clean, quick, and helpful! The customer service is out of this world!

Go to a different UPS store, if you go here, DO NOT buy the insurance, they won't honor it. I purchased the insurance for an item I was shipping and the item/box was destroyed on arrival and UPS says to me its on the individual store, not them.
They also charged me for a box and packaging but didnt use it. They somehow managed to stuff my items in the box I dropped off the items in (amazon box in the photo) so I know I was ripped off there.
I filed the claim with them 2 months ago and I keep emailing and calling and they leave me hanging. Avoid at all costs.
