Owner, Frank, is a stand up guy always willing to help. Love this store.
This is the second time that I have gone and they were closed early, before their posted closing time. If you want to close early, just change your posted hours so people don't waste their time. A few other people came as well, only to find the store had closed early. Very poor customer service.
Went to this store today, had a mediocre experience. The people were friendly, just didn't really seem like they knew what was going on. Nice area.
The store in Briarcliff Manor NY is scheduled to be open until 6: 30 but was closed when I arrived at 6: 02. Very disappointed as my package will now be late.
