17My package is missing and I called twice to try and get some help. They told me they would call me back both times. I never heard from them and called again and the guy told me the woman I was speaking with left
The woman there was very kind and very helpful. It was right after Christmas so the store was packed and she was still extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful with my return.
Paige is fantastic and always willing to help! I couldn't believe the amount of boxes they deal with!
Daniel the customer service cashier is an excellent customer service representative. Always on point. If I inputted the incorrect store he kindly instructs me on how to change my drop off to this location. Keep up the awesome customer service Daniel S and Happy New York to all of the UPS stores. Daniel was our guy. He did his best to make my shipment reach to Egypt in the fast and best way. He spent a lot of time to get the address as it should fit the computer way. He knows what to do. Great service. Thank you Daniel
Poor Customer Service
I got an email that my package had been delivered in the morning at 10: 33 am. I came to the store around 1: 00 p.m. And was told they could not find it and I said ok I’ll come back later (which was completely fine). I called the store around 2: 10 p.m. And was told my package was there. I go to the store around 4: 20 and ask about my package. The guy at the register asked someone who was standing behind me at another kiosk who said No it’s not here we didn’t receive it. He didn’t even look or anything. Neither of them looked. I said NO I called around 2: 00 and was told it was here. It took a woman in the back who was on her way out of work to tell them yes it is here, it’s in the mail room for the guy behind the register to even move around and look. I paid for it to be delivered to this location so my item would not be misplaced. The LEAST the person could have done was looked. The lady in the early at least looked around when I came in.
Daniel (and Christie) was very helpful and professional Saturday morning. The package I had to send out was a pain and he was patient and professional. Definitely will return.
Probably the best location I have experienced. No long lines, no employee attitude. Quick, easy and pleasant experience.
I have to say I had such a great experience in this store, I usually dread going out to ship out orders for my business and expect to wait on long lines. It was super quick & easy and the staff was so helpful & friendly! The owner was also hands on and chatting with me about local business which was nice!

I know you get a lot of packages daily but every time I go in I get a feeling my package is going to get lost it's so chaotic in the front of the store I feel no one has pride in their work and don't care if packages get to where the need to go in usually just dropping off so I have little to no interaction with the staff
The alleged owner Colleen is just as nasty as her employees (Christie and Daniel) go elsewhere folks.
I have nothing but great things to say about this business. I recently was hired for a new position, I needed a notary and for I-9 forms that could only be sent electronically. These needed to be completed before the start date. I called and was able to make an appointment right away with the Notary, who was just back from vacation.
We ran into some complications while filling out this form and Colleen was so helpful. The form could only be completed from her computer and for some reason we couldn’t send. Colleen let me sit there at computer, call new company and try to resolve for 2hrs. This then tied up her computer for her to do her work. It took us 3 days to finally figure out why the form wouldn’t go through before we finally resolved it.
Colleen even came in from her home and spent 2 hours trying to help. Colleen was very professional and never complained. I on the other hand was so frustrated aggravated but through this whole process Colleen kept me calm and was confident we would complete this form.
I highly recommend The UPS Store!

Convenient location for online returns - they can print the labels for you with the QR code from the seller.
NOTE: the exterior photo is NOT for this location. I knew I was in the right area and was looking for the store based on the photo. I didn't see the store until after I passed the entrance but was able to turn at the corner and go in the side entrance to the parking lot then walk around to the front of the strip mall where the UPS Store is located.
