The UPS Store, Brockport NY

AVOID THIS LOCATION if you don't have your return label pre printed. They now charge a huge fee just to print an Amazon return label.i don't mind paying the cost of a label but for what they charge I can buy hundreds of labels. Avoid this location unless you have your return label already printed. Lots of people walked out when told the cost - poor business decision to charge for labels. However the customer service reps were extremely nice and helpful (the fee is not their fault). The super nice guy lent me a dolly and helped lift the box.

All good but the front door is not automatic and does not push in upon entering. (Hard to enter with large package)

Have had a box here for 13+ years. They cleaned out the entire crew of good people and replaced them with rookies that can't figure stuff out.

This UPS used to be great. I think they are under new management and all new people. I stop in everday and today i felt so bad for the new young lady who was working all by herself because someone didnt show up! She was literally in tears and everone was patient and encouraging her to keep up the good work! What is happening with this store?

Have been going to this store 5 yrs and do the same exact process. Today they can't help me. Such a shame. It's off to the post office.

The staff was as helpful as staff could be. They we're also fair, considerate, and professional.
Supplies are expensive.but that's understandable; it's there as a last-second convenience.

Whether you're going for an Amazon return, mail something else, or printing a document off your email is always a breeze! They're always attentive and polite. Love my local UPS.

Sign in door said back in 30 mins. Was standing at door with packages, waited 45 mins in 20 degree weather. No one came to door or answered phone, but saw employee peek from back room at one point. Employee from store next door said they’d had the sign up for over 4 hours.

This store is a JOKE they need a better Manger that can stay on top of things and keep his story straight. Wont recommend this store to anyone and I sure wont be using them anymore to ship anything. Post office is much cheaper and at least with the post office packages get to there destination all in one piece and boxes are undamaged unlike shipping thru UPS.
