Disappointing
Had my brother go into this UPS store on 10/17/23 to pick up a package for me. The package was in my name but I live 3.5 hours away so I told my brother to pick it up. When he gets there the woman at the counter and the woman who's the manager says that he can't pick it up. They say since its my name, I have to pick up the package.
My brother shows them the UPS policy (on the UPS website!) that a person with the same last name and same address as the address on the package can pick it up any time. The woman at the counter and manager kept denying my brother from picking up the package. They think they know the policies (which they have no idea about). Their attitudes were horrible.
Fast forward to 10/18/23. We manage to get something from writing via email from UPS re-instating the policy that my brother tells them about on 10/17/23. He goes back to the store to pick up the package. The same women is there and tries to deny package pick up again when she gets stopped by a kind Indian manager. The indian manager was a true gentleman and ensures that my brother is qualified to pick up the package. We managed to get the package today.
Please avoid this UPS store. The woman make up their own rules and have a nasty attitude. They are absolutely horrible. I will be contacting corporate to report these two women accordingly.
Very smooth and easy drop off, I used a pre-printed label. It wasn’t busy, the staff was very nice and the whole thing was very quick.
If you are not Spanish, and/or want to make sure that your return is 100% they give you a hard time. When you want to watch and make sure it's 100% they call the manager. I come here often and when the Big Boss came out he understood. I have a right to Observe. I explained to the clerk I paid money for my return and I need to make sure it's 100%. She spoke Spanish and called for help the whole time she spoke clear English.
Honestly this locstion is horrible unfortunately its the only one in the area
