Read the comment below about Gabriela before I got to the store and so when I got there and had her as my representative, I was nervous.

I paid online and went to ship. The guy who worked here today kept saying I need to pay $3.50+$0.25 for shipping label. Other UPS stores print out label for free by scanning barcode and this place, too when I did with Asian guy here. The guy who worked today cannot even understand the situation and doesn't even know barcode scanning is available. I saw he asked other person to leave because the other person also only brought barcode. Cannot believe.
Staff is fine, but the computer for printing return labels always has issues, which causes unnecessarily long wait times, especially when there are multiple people who need to print labels
Staff not helpful at all when it comes to printing documents. Wouldn’t recommend this place for printing.
There's one employee here who's there in the weekends and is always really nice and accommodating. He packed a small Amazon thing for me free of charge!

Notary services are not available. Each time I have visited the store the Amazon option to return a package with QR has been “down” which forces a person to use an overpriced machine that is referenced in another review.
There is an employee who has a medium brown tone of skin that works at this location named “Gabriela” who has been, on several occasions, inappropriate, vulgar, and dismissive of my trans teenager. They should be investigated for harassment both by UPS corporate re: franchisee code of conduct or similar standard expectation guidelines and any university where they might be a student. This behavior is abhorrent. An alleged relative having a stake in a franchise is no excuse for discriminatory and predatory behavior being tolerated.
I understand difference may be confusing, but treating a child poorly and laughing at them is inexcusable.
How are the multiple complaints about the same issues as documented over a period of time still presently occurring? How is this remotely reflective of the UPS brand and where is corporate intervention?

I went there with printed labels and packaged boxes, asking for scissor and glue. The lady gave me several label bags with glue behind, and explained to us how to use it.
After we glued them on the boxes, she started to charge $2 for each bag.
I should have said no since she didn’t say anything beforehand, but I didn’t bother peel the bags off and redo the labels because I was in a hurry.
I am convinced they don't actually offer notary services. I made two appointments - the first time I was told the notary weren't coming in and to just walk in the next day, and the next day (after making an appointment anyway) was told "oh no there's no notary today, you can try on Thursday maybe. " Maybe their other services work well, but I don't recommend relying on them for anything time sensitive.
Horrible. Gabriella Mendoza repeatedly signs in Fedex and UPS packages and then claims they were never received. This has been going on for months. Go elsewhere!
I went there today at 11: 44am 06/14/23 to create a label and ship sensitive documents time sensitive I paid $16.18 for the ground shipping and for the envelope 10X13 to ship my items the woman was nice however she did not not do her shop right! When a customer drops off a package as an ups employee you’re supposed to scan the package into the system she failed to do that and I’m very upset those are very sensitive documents! As a former ups employee I know how the the company operates I called the ups store around 5 pm to ask what happened they said driver will pick up at 7 pm my name is Steven and I’m very upset! I called UPS but they could not do anything because the employee did not scan my package right now the tracking said label created ready for ups like if they don’t have it yet but they do! I went in here today and the staff is so unfriendly. I can not understand with the pandemic that has hit us in this world that we still have to deal with customer associates like this. Do Better!
They charge $4 to return Amazon return labels ($3.75 for 15mins of computer and $. 25 per page of paper). I understand if people needed to use the computer but they know that Amazon returns are free and they are taking advantage. Come with QR code or printed label to avoid charges.
This UPS store is falsely listed as providing passport photo services. I was told at the store that there have been many people who have signed up through the corporate site for photo services and shown up to be told those were discontinued long ago, yet corporate refuses to make changes. If you end up in my situation, CVS will handle everything across the street quickly and professionally.
Terrible printing service, they restart the whole pc for every customer (10 minutes). Staff are unsupported and overworked leading to slow service.
