Located in a very accessible location. Right next to Main St.
The employees are very helpful and gets the job done in minutes without delay!

Amazing customer service. Had to call in after a mistake on my part of a drop off order and they were extremely patient and helped solve the issue.

Most garbage UPS store, someone else picked up my package, the store give away package without matching ID name.

They didn’t refrigerate my package that said to store cold so $200 worth of merchandise was soiled.

I don't recommend this place to my friends. He charged me about 3$ for printing a black&White paper.

I stopped in just before closing time, and even though they would have had the right to be a bit annoyed, they were still more than happy to help. The younger guy with the beard (I forget his name), is great, and super helpful.

This store owner is extremely unprofessional while a line of customers are here he is taking his sweet time to take care of the line. On his cell phone having a 10 min conversation. I ended going to fed ex instead

This was a UPS tour de force. Eric boxed up and insulated frozen pizza logs for my son in California. They arrived two days later, thawed but very edible. It was an example of how he and his crew there are ready to go above and beyond the call of duty to create an outstanding UPS experience. It was something my family will talk about for a long time. Let Eric go the extra mile for you. It was as impressive as it was appreciated.

I've been using this store for years even before the change in ownership and have never had a single claim on anything is ship (maybe 1-2 packages a week)

A very rude man works there, the store is weird and both times that I went there his attitude was awful! He was trying to convince me to post my parsel with most expensive option.so when I didn't go with his offer he got angry. He didn't show me the box and when my mom received the parsel she said the boxing couldn't be worst! Never going there ever again!

An amazing young man works there that doesnt even know the difference between simple and certified cpoy! UPS is determined to ruin its reputation!

There is an middle age old men (looks like a manager) acts very mean and greedy. The other young men is very nice and helpful.

The owner (eric) and assistant manager (samantha) are always very helpful, courteous and quick. I can always expect the highest quality customer service for whatever I need. I would recommend this store ever time. They have a university discount too!

I got only five words out of my mouth "I'm expecting a UPS package. " before the very rude man on the other end of the phone cut me off told me he doesn't deal with that and he's too busy and continued to complain and be rude so I repaid the service and hung up. Didn't even help direct me to someone who could help me. FOR SHIPPING USE THE POSTAL SERVICE NEXT DOOR- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
