Brides beware! This company made the final days leading up to my wedding an absolute nightmare. Did not abide by our contract and tried to make changes and up our bill over $4k with a week's notice. They were disorganized starting the moment we booked with them and were terrible to work with. The day of staff though was very pleasant, and the food and drinks were delicious and got lots of compliments. Even with that being said, I would NOT recommend!

RUN! We had hired Lucarelli's to cater our wedding almost two years ago and had to push our original date back due to COVID. We were so excited to be working with them as we had been to event's with them in the past and had always enjoyed the food. One month before our event none would call us back or even schedule a call with us. Our event was an off site event with many moving parts. Amanda didn't understand why I just couldn't email her. We were spending thousand of dollars and I wanted to have a phone conversation with her and she wouldn't. After not hearing back from them for almost three days we decide it was best to choice another cater and we are so glad we did! Amanda final response to us was "We wish you the best of luck". This is not a company you want to rely on for the biggest day of your life.

I went to a shower here. The food was good and the waitress was amazing. I think she was working alone, as I only noticed her, but you would never have known. She was great at her job.

I recently was helping with a friends wedding and have been shown this venue to myself as a potential venue for my wedding, needless to say I am so glad I never put a deposit down. I have never felt so rushed through and brushed off by staff before. The older woman working was unbelievably rude, caught in multiple flat out lied and hovered over us all night. When I was shown the venue I was told they had multiple easels for welcome signs and when I asked her if there was one there and she proceeded to tell me they didn’t offer easels, once I explained I was told when I viewed they had multiple of them she decided to say she just could not find one, once pressed that this was important she magically was able to find one within minutes, of course it was broken and we had to make do. When we asked to speak to the owner she told us that he was not there yet even though we had just walked by him in the kitchen space. During the reversal one of their staff decided to wear a white T-shirt with no bra and we had family and kids with us, when we said something about it making us uncomfortable the older woman tried to say “well I am uncomfortable that your all wearing bras” like a CHILD. She then told the bride she was done speaking to her and walked away. We asked to speak to the owner multiple times and we were not contacted even once. Luckily we were able to make up for the venues shortcomings we were able to pull off a wonderful wedding, the bartender was amazing and food was good but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend looking elsewhere because I certainly will be.

Oh where to begin. I was in a wedding at this venue this weekend and to put it lightly it was an absolute disaster. When we first arrived there were no decorations as previously discussed when the bride & groom viewed the venue. They stated that normally they decorate for Christmas every year but their decorator quit during COVID and we were not notified of this until DAYS before the wedding. We were counting on those Christmas decorations considering the wedding theme was Christmas based. Another disaster was the ceremony set up. The bride and groom previously discussed with the owner that they would be having the ceremony on the stage that is at a higher level than the rest of the banquet room. When we arrived there were no chairs setup for the ceremony and when questioned about it, the manager said that’s not where they have the ceremonies and gave a lot of push back on something already agreed upon in the contract. Not only that but they were nickel and diming on the day of the wedding for a broken easel. All of this could’ve been handled easily and fixed, but instead we dealt with attitude and rude comments. When the bride expressed “she was very disappointed and upset” the response from the manager was “Yea well I’m upset too, no one wants to work! ” While I understand her frustration.it’s a difficult time, but it was the day of my friends wedding and it didn’t matter to us if the manager was upset.it wasn’t about her and quite frankly that response made me the most upset out of everything that happened. At one point the manager told us “I’m done” and walked away. I just don’t understand how you can run a business this way. My best friend was planning on having her wedding here in June 2023 but I can assure you that after this disaster she isn’t and I will never recommend this place. They seem to be all about the money and don’t care about their paying customers that keep their doors open.

Side note: Our bartender was an older gentleman and he was absolutely wonderful!

Where should I start? Was just at one of my best friends weddings and NOTHING that was promised to them came out to be true. When setting up for the wedding they asked about Christmas decorations being set up, and they said they would handle it. Come to rehearsal, and no Christmas lights or decorations were anywhere to be found. And we had to do everything our selves. When asking about easels (which were set up when they made the appointment) they said there don’t offer them. And here’s the best part. Me and MY fiancé were just there in October to take a look around and make a possible deposit, and asked the same question and they said they had them, and could have them set up. Blatant lies.asked multiple times about speaking to the owner, and got nothing. After awhile of being disappointed during the big day for them the coordinator basically stormed off and wouldn’t talk to the bride anymore, and would only go through talking to my fiancé, Absolute class act. Is this the part where I mention she also didn’t wear a bra during the rehearsal and day of the wedding? Where kids are roaming around, and guests are making comments? Only good things I can say is the bar tender is amazing, and the foods good. Other than that, look else where.

Good food but need to work on customer service. I was at an event about a week ago and one of the workers/managers were extremely rude and bothered by everything- whether it be asking for a refill or a question it made me uncomfortable, I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt- because I know it can get hectic but she was very harsh with her replies and actions. Also when taking a break for prayer the same individual- I can not remember her name but she looked like she was in her early- mid twenties with blue eyes and blonde hair. She made a point to talk about us and to be yelling in our faces "get out the way" and "move"as well as cut our prayer by walking right in front of us (which we can not because while praying we are unable to break our trance or move our place or speak) and she just kept shouting it was extremely, unpleasant and very dissrespectful. I was extremely disappointed in such behavior. I wonder if we were not people of color- if would we have been treated differently- for this is not the only time such disrespect or ignorance has occurred to our Arab American community by Lucarelli's Please do better.

Didn't go in had church service in the back parking lot. I read a really bad review of this place I've been there many times doesn't sound like the Lucarellis I know was always very nice and clean?

We had an event there on Saturday. The lady who was dealing with our event came around and was taking people’s plates of food away that didn’t even get a chance to eat. Had an attitude from the moment my fiancé and the people that went to help him set up and decorate. I grabbed a slice of my cake that we paid for someone came and took it to clean up the table. We had the event from 1-4 and we felt rushed. The gentleman bar tending was great. But all the hosts and the females who were cleaning the twbles. We’re beyond rude. After spending so much money; it’s the audacity of the owners. And management. Than made sure to question everyone who came in if the alcohol was a gift. Knowing they seen it in a gift bag. I just will NEVER do business with them again.

Our daughter just had her reception at this hall. It was spacious, nice size dance floor, and the guests could social distance if they chose. The place was clean and I found the roast beef with horseradish great. There was ample parking and a good bartender. We felt welcome throughout the reception.

Bad service and they rude with people during the party everything they tell the people they gonna do it it’s lie so bad I’m not going book with them anymore

Went to event catered by Lucarelli's recently at Rosebud out in Arcade. Staff did a great job and bartenders Brian and Anthony were fabolus. Food was hot & delicious. Enjoyed chatting with chef Mike too.

I was a guest at a wedding and I could clearly see that the wedding didn’t go as planned since the manager didn’t turn off the light at the right time. The bride was supposed to have a dance with the bridegroom and the spotlight was supposed to be on them. The brides family tried to get a reasoning behind this but all the manager said was “no, we can’t”. Imagine this happening at ur wedding

By far this is the best meal I've had for a wedding reception or large gathering. The food was fantastic! There was no rubber chicken or overcooked steaks, that seem to happen at large catered events. I would highly recommend.

I have coordinated plenty of weddings and I have never met such a rude crew. Where do I even begin? As a spectator I was appalled at the crew who walked in front of the bride, carrying trays of food while the video and pictures are being taken during the walk in. The waitresses and Manager are unprofessional, untrained and their appearance is unpresentable. They hoover over you to take your plate before you even have a chance to finish your meal. The manager seems to hate working there and takes her frustration on the guests. I really think she needs to attend hospitality school or quiet before they go out of business. I cant decide which is more distasteful the food or the service. I will never attend another event at Lucarelli's. Zero out of ten stars.would not recommend!

This is the worst place to book for wedding. The servers were very rude and disrespectful to the guests… plates and cups were dirty and the bathroom smelled disgusting!

Worst experience ever owner was very rude and disrespectful kept yelling at guest no ac very hot …also bathrooms were disgusting and not clean dirty pee stains all over the toilets and smelled …. Very unsanitary! Utensils and cups were also dirty
