The Village at Bronxville

There’s too many things to list as to why this management company is completely and totally inept, so all I’ll say is: keep reminding yourself of how much you love Bronxville, because in dealing with Greystar, you’re going to need that reminder. Best of luck to anyone moving into this building.

PS- we moved out 5 weeks ago and we are still waiting for our security deposit back.

The door to the garage damaged since January and no one has fixed it. Carpets in building left soiled with no signs of cleaning. Rents are going up 30% for no reason. Packages left strewn around the living area with no concierge. This place is really dreadful. Garden lights broken. Furniture in shocking condition. Elevators are currently out of action.

Especially great service staff, however all staff are accommodating and courteous.
COVID precautions were very good and enforced.

Recently, I needed a few things serviced in my apartment and I’m writing to say how happy I am with the repairs that Manny did for me. Everything was done efficiently, professionally and all in good cheer! In my opinion, Manny is a valuable member of the service team here at the Avalon.

The building staff in are quite responsive to any issues raised. Specifically, the maintenance staff, Manny and his team have been quite responsive. Any issues with the appliances and they address it immediately. A+ on service received.

The team here are a pleasure to be around. Manny and Team particularly are warm, pragmatic and quick in resolving queries and work that may arise - can’t be beat!

David the maintenance technician was terrific and incredibly responsive. He helped me tremendously with a number of move-in issues in my new apartment. Great service.

Manny the building's Head of Maintenance is spectacular. He is responsible, knowledgeable, and has helped me tremendously. He is a tremendous resource and the building is extremely lucky to have someone so skilled.

I can’t say enough about the staff here at the avalon in bronxville. The maintenance team is very professional and get things done fast. Patrick has gone above and beyond attending to all our needs. He has made the move here an absolute pleasure. Love it here!

Great place to live. Right across from the Metro North station in Bronxville. Great school district (Bronxville). Patrick, Bob, Manny, and Dave always provide top-notch service. They really care about the residents. Building is very well maintained. They've done an especially great job keeping everything safe and sanitary during the pandemic. Pet friendly. Giant courtyard and yard for kids to play. We love living here.

Manny is just the best.we called because we were having a problem with our smoke detector.he came within 10 min.said he would return when the parts arrived (he apologized that they were on order) he replaced the parts that same morning. Can’t believe the great service and attention

The management of the community is very professional and helpful. The first serious service request I had was on 4th of July and Cleyber went out of his way to be on time and fix the issue.

Moved in recently with a very responsive and courteous staff who made us feel at home. The apartment and location are fantastic.

Great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is extremely responsive and the property is kept clean. The apartments are spacious with ample closet space. The location is also very convenient and just a short Metro North ride to Manhattan. My family and I couldn't be happier residents!

Manny was so nice, polite and very good mechanically. He did such a great job in my apartment. I had a problem with my bathroom sink drain stopper. I thought it would be a very difficult job and take about 1/2 hour to repair. He was finished in 5 minutes.

Fantastic building in a beautiful community. Pasquale was super helpful and flexible when this ex-Manhattanite moved it recently. He was patient, walked me through the do's and don'ts, and was super helpful. Nice and quiet building and very well maintained. Everyone is very, very responsive. I hope to be here a long time)

Beautifully appointed, extremely conveniently located and with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Living here is a pleasure. An excellent way to take in Bronxville!
