The Vitamin Shoppe, Staten Island NY

I've been purchasing vitamins, herbal, and homeopathic products here for about 10 years. It's been "good ol' reliable" for me. Staff have been helpful and courteous. Prices on most items are reasonable.

Had to wait for the shop to open a half hour late due to computer issues. I got the last 2 jars of my specific CBD and was out the door in 10 minutes. Staff always asks if they could help me find something when I walk in. Only issue is that they don't offer a bag at checkout.

Great store, staff is excellent. They go out of the way to help you and offer recommendations. Also found some nice stuff on the little clearance table in the back.

The Vitamin Shoppe has a wide variety of essentials that you need for health maintenance. The service is prompt and helpful in aiding you in finding what you need.

I was there yesterday (Tuesday 27 October 2020) and the guys help me I lot to find the right supplements for me and specially the Cashier (girl).
She was really helpful and professional.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful always polite. Customer service is great they usually answer the phone. If you want to check if an item is in stock they'll hold it for you to pick up. You can also setup automatic delivery or pickups on their website.

The shop is well organized, very nice and calm, they have a very big variety of products and even though it's a bit expensive, it's worth it.
But my problem was the they had a sale that said "mix and match, buy one get one for 50% off"
Over different shelves at the store.
But when I got 2 items that had the sale on the caser asked me to pay full price and Said that it's only on sale from the same product, and when I asked him to how me where it said that he told me that it doesn't say it that's just how it is.
So after I told him that it is against the law to have a sale like that he told me that that's how it is and there is nothing to do about it.
So I'm sorry, but I'm not going to come back and I will just order from iherb.

This location is much bigger, with a different selection, and has better hours than the Hylan location.

I called the store asking about a specific item if they had it in stock because I was coming from other side of Staten island which is quiet far and I am disabled the store employee kept saying that they have that item in stock several times I even explained him that I am disabled but when I got to the store he said that he made mistake and was very rude. It was very inconvenient situation for me.

Best place for vitamins, protein shakes, essential oils, e.t. C. Great staff. Friendly and helpful.

Great customer service. Alice was really helpful and knowledgeable. They have tons of product variety.
