Super knowledgeable and personable staff. Great selection of supplements. Lots of affordable options & sales too. I've been shopping at Vitamin Shoppes for years and always find what I need there.

This store has particularly helpful friendly staff. Definitely go here and they'll point you on the right direction and help you find what you need.

I love the Vitamin Shoppe, but this branch in Kings Highway is absolutely horrible. The guy who gave me customer service was so unprofessional and arrogant. The way he spoke with me was very condescending and he was no help at all. He had no knowledge; he wasn't able to answer any of my questions.
At the end, I bought something and when I left the store and opened the bag, I saw that he put a totally different, cheaper, item. When I came back to tell him that, he simply gave me my product and didn't even apologize or say a word. So rude.
*By the way, when I asked him who's the manager he said he is the manager lol. Great reputation to the business!

What is the difference between the store and online? When we go to the store, we expect customer service and high level of knowledge about products. In this store, no knowledge and no service. Do yourself a favor and go to another location/online.

I don't understand what happened to this store location. I was an active customer at the king hway store. The customer service was always great but now when I walk in I can't recognize anybody working. Nobody seems to know what they're doing and have no knowledge of the supplements that they're selling. Very dissapointed.

I’m new to working out and I was looking to get some preworkout and protein to help with muscle growth. Instead of helping me the guy working there was very rude and unhelpful. He was pushing me to sign up for auto delivery for a product I didnt even want. I left the store empty handed. Will not be returning

Ive been coming to this store for 2 years now, because it is in a good location, close to the train and my gym, and there used to be a ukrainian girl with brown hair who always helped me out. I only liked coming into the store when she was working bcuz she always knew the products and what i was looking for. Recently ive been coming in and I havent seen her which ruined my shopping experience bcuz everytime i walk in, there are multiple people trying to sell me unnecessary products with false promises, especially the owner. It seems to me like they just want to take my money, and they don't really know or care about anything else. I really wanted to shop here but it seems like i will be taking my busisness back to ceasers bay location.shameful

I visit this store very often during the 5 years and during this period I don't remember even one case, when I was not satisfied and happy with staff, who are very professionals and have high quality of customer service skills. His name is Igor and I remembered him specially, because he could provide good explanation of every product. He is real professional with cultural personality, which is very unusual today

Great location, I`m so happy with the product I`ve been helped with and that I did auto-delivery because I switched for every 30 days after a week of using it. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I will buy again at this location.

I love this place. It is my go to for all my supplements. The staff and Igor are always super nice and helpful. They will always order for you if they do not have anything in stock and are always knowledgeable.

After not stepping foot in the shop for more than 8 months, I went in to ask about a product. Enter Igor, a loving and caring person who gave me something better. The only reason I will go to thr store is because of Igor. I had not been back there because there was a guy who used to be so rude. I do not know if he works there still but for all of us who love Igor, just call ahead. I know I will. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Plus his name is Igor after one of my favorite Russian composers.
