Repeating all of the comments - it's nearly impossible to unsubscribe - you have to call and it takes forever and have a sales team that try to keep you. Will never give my credit card information again to this team. Scam.

Cancel anytime is completely fake, they don't let you cancel anytime!
Scam journal subscription that auto renew without my agreement.

Superb journalism, really excellent quality work. This is one of the few papers left that does not inject opinon into their news section. Additionally the financial news and analysis is always excellent and I enjoy reading the work of many of the columnists who express thought provoking ideas in a well written manner. Well worth a subscription.

It is impossible to cancel a subscription online. You need to call service centers with limited service times BY PHONE. In 2021. These are such bad business ethics. Beware of subscribing!

The wine company is the worst, sent me the wrong order which was half the price of what I ordered, called numerous times to get mailing label, never sent it, contested in with credit card company. Never use them.

What a scam. I signed up to get access to an article to help a client, and could not unsubscribe. They make you call back during business hours. Apparently they let you unsubscribe in 2 states, likely because those 2 states require it. Everywhere else they screw over. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE.

Impossible to cancel subscription. Beware. You can simply remove the payment from the schedule of your online payment provider (PayPal, etc). But jeez, unethical! WSJ? Seems like something of a scam.

My husband and I enjoy reading the WSJ (in print) in the morning with a cup of coffee. It is a well written and seemingly accurate publication.
BUT our check was cashed on December 27,2019 and to date we have only received 6 papers.

We call on a daily basis and get no where with customer service. Our complaint has supposedly been escalated to “senior management” 4 times. The people we speak to all feel bad but can’t help us with a delivery issue because they are in the Philippines and don’t have access to U. S.newspaper delivery companies or Domestic customer service phone numbers.
We are losing our excitement about getting the WJS and hope they can expedite fixing this delivery issue. They sure expedited cashing our check.

WSJ/Barron's has a terrible "Retention" department somewhere in Eurasia that won't refund one month of subscription totaling $40 from my child doing high school research. Yes, it is true my daughter did not read the fine print. WSJ overseas employee #126335 was so very kind to read me the fine print and say "sorry" but WSJ still needs the $40.

I started reading the Wall Street Journal when I was going to St. Peter’s College. For 32 years I read the paper religiously. It was simply the best written paper in America. The A-He’d stories were Amazing!
Unfortunately, Rupert Murdoch took over the paper 11 years ago and ran it in to the ground. The writing quality nosedived. The Wall Street Journal lost it’s integrity as an impartial observer.

Called to resolve an issue of why I was billed about $44.00 a month through Visa when I havent got an issue delivered in 2 months despite calling about this weeks ago. Well when your introductory offer ends you are billed at this full rate unless you call to cancel. Since there is no refunds I get the next 2 months for the 2 months already paid
. If your going for an introductory rate make certain you cancel before expiry. Might be better just to order E version through Nook.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get resolution of newspaper delivery interruption. Despite multiple calls and inquiries, I was unsuccessful in getting an explanation or resolution.
