This is the worst Auto Spa ever, I spoke to the owner all week on text message because it Christmas eve and I wanted to make sure they were open. I'm in my mid 30's and I work really hard to make sure my kids are good. I purchased a brand new M4 Competition AWD fully loader for my daughter for Christmas/ Sweet 16, the workers work hard, but have no sense, they using the dirty water, brushes, and rag on everyones car. The reason why I giving 1 star is that my carbon fiber roof and scratched up really bad, and when I text the owner he was very rude and nasty, telling me not to ever come back to his establishment because if his employees negligence. I don't recommend anyone to go here if you have a new car because it will get messed up. Travel to Long Island to Nick's Professional Touch Car wash in Uniondale, New York.

Best car wash around. Don’t want to get swirl scratches from a typical car wash? Come here. Best car wash ever, 100% hand wash. Amazing attention to detail, and amazing services. If you think it’s pricey, think about what you’re getting, it’s not expensive. Amazing wash definitely check it out.

The Wash Experts? Yeah right. Decided to give this place another try after they rammed my car into the vacuum cleaner. I stand corrected and I should never have given them another chance. They were moving my car, put it in park, and then decided to rev my car. Come on how disrespectful is that? He didn't see that I was right behind the car as he did that and was shook to see me when he came out the car. I went up to the guy and told him if he likes the car, he can buy one and rev that. The wash wasn't all that either but whatever just know to watch these people like hawks or don't even come at all. They're shady. Go to a wash that will treat your car as if it's theirs. Protect your investment.

Perfect wash, car is like 99% dry when it comes out and that other 1% is just water sitting in the cracks and edges that come out later on. The windows are streak free 9 out of 10 times which is amazing when compared to other places. The wait is long but what do you expect when everyone comes to the wash expert.

I have been a few times here and although out of the 20 times maybe 2 were little off They are definitely called wash experts

Sooooooo unprofessional! This whole place is messed up, you bring your car and they give it back to you even worst! Not a good place, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Plus they treat their customers like trash and disrespectful.

I got the “Everything” package and payed $80 cause I have an suv with a “3rd row”. I will not recommend coming here at all my front bumper is still filled with bugs and flies and there green soap is everywhere on the rear bumper. I personally like the “Mr handwash” in Long Island there cheaper and they will take an hour on your car making sure every crevice is correctly washed.

Edit** you can tell by the owners response how they really feel about their customers***. Take it off the menu and don’t advertise it!

I came here a few times in the past without mishap, always get the “bells & whistles” (inside/outside). Today they forced us to choose, only between so clean (outside only) OR “everything (inside/outside/trunk/wax). Explained to the man I don’t need the trunk or the wax but he said they are not offering any other washes. I had to pay additional $10 for “everything”. I feel like this is a scam by the employees to force customers to pay for higher services (which I couldn’t even use). This is the last time I come here. Beware of this shady practice!

My trunk is full with items so basically I was forced to pay extra and did not get the service.

My car was parked under the tree and it had yellow dots after rain. I asked them to clean it up with some kind of sprays and he refused to do so. Even the back windows was dirty. Rude staff. I been here few times and their service is not perfect like they say. My ni! A I don’t do 21$ wash im not cheap like u!

Superb car wash
I recommend coming here when they open so you don't have to wait a long time.
They tend to get really busy during the day.

Ps I would recommend the owner refrain from responding to negative reviews or atleast be less combative.
I'd go with the latter refrain from responding.

They care to quantity not a quality, my wheels were dirty after car wash! Also it took more 1 hours just washing outside!

Great wash every time I go they take great care of me, lines can get long but they make sure to keep it moving, love this place!
