Dr Saad is truly the most caring, compassionate and outstanding GYN I’ve ever known. You are treated like a member of his family with the amount of time and care he gives, making the patient feel assured they are receiving the best treatment no matter what the issue.

Staff and providers are super lovely. From front desk to the back. The MA Bailey is so kind and made my office visit feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I was extremely disappointed meeting Dr. Ubaid today for the first time. She did not introduce herself when she came in so it took me a few minutes to realize she wasn’t another nurse going through my chart. She was very short, didn’t go through all the bloodwork I just had that came back with issues and tried rushing me out the door. I felt she could not be bothered and brushed my concerns off. I will not be going back to see her again. Very frustrating and unacceptable for an OB to act this way with any patient let alone someone pregnant with a history of medical issues. I’ve met a few doctors within this practice that I love so I will go back to them. All the other staff, sonogram technician, nurses are always a pleasure and so nice and reassuring. I have no issues with any of the other staff.

I had high hopes for this practice based on reviews but the administration and organization of this practice is absolutely horrendous. I cannot stress enough how rude and dismissive the staff at the desk is, how rude they are on the phone and how unpleasant my whole experience has been. I have very little confidence in their follow through and awareness because the practice is so large there is no personal attention. I had a good experience with the actual doctor and ultrasound tech but terrible experience with the customer service. They over-billed me, which my insurance company confirmed and were completely dismissive when I brought my concerns to their attention. From the first time I was in the office something felt wrong and I wished I had listened to my gut. Please take a second look or at least visit the office before trusting this practice with your care during one of the most important times of your life.

I recently switched Gynocologists and absolutely love Dr. Stephen Scarantino. He was not in a rush, very thorough and so nice. I loved the nurse as well, Kashika. She was exceptional. They both took their time even though the entire office was so busy. I am so happy that I switched to The Woman’s Health Pavilion in Westbury.

Today, my husband and I took part in a prenetal class (preparation for childbirth) ; Courtney (our instructor) was great. She gave us a lot of essential information and answered all our questions. Definitely recommended, especially for first child birth.

By far the best OB/GYN Practice. The staff is always friendly and professional. The Physician's and medical staff provide exceptional care. Dr. Saad always provides the best care, he is very personable, attentive and courteous. Going to the Doctor can be stressful but The Woman's Health Pavilion provides a great experience. I have and will continue to recommended my family and friends to the practice.

Dr Saad is amazing. Kind, gentle extremely caring and knowledgeable. He preformed Ablation and DNC results were amazing. Staff is organized and caring.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait over an hour for a routine check up. Thank goodness I’ve never had to come here for anything urgent. Never coming back here again. Staff is very nice.but the wait isn’t worth it.

Been going here for 10+ years and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone I’ve seen has been nothing short of fantastic. Great atmosphere, they care, and they’re good at what they do. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment at 6: 15pm and I waited in the waiting room until 7: 30pm over an hour then I went to the exam room to another hour an half. The wait is unbelievable I got there at 6pm and left at 8: 35pm

I've been going to the health pavilion for over 10 years now and I am so happy. Everyone is nice from the receptionist to the doctors. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love Dr. Saad and will continue going for years to come. This facility is highly recommended.

My biggest complaint is that they make you come in every 6 months to be on birth control for an incredibly brief breast exam, even if you have no risk factors. Research does not back this up and it systematically takes time and money from women, just because they are women. And to the doctor that told me my breast exams weren't enough because I'm not a medically trained professional - not ONE doctor has ever found the lumps on my breast, I found them myself. Every doctor I've been to let's you combine it with your yearly exam. Switching doctors because I can't support or afford this policy.

Very nice here but the wait is ridiculous. Came a little earlier hoping to be seen earlier. No one was here And I still had to wait over an hour. Then they finally saw me and once I went into the room I had to wait another 20-30 minutes.

I was referred here by someone that had nothing but positive things to say about this facility. This was my first time here and I must say my first impression is I love this place. Everyone, the nurse, Sonogram tech, PA Toni-Marie, down to the front desk receptionist were very attentive and polite, and made me feel so comfortable. I've found my new place.

Today was my first visit at the Woman's Pavilion. My experience was very good.from phone calls, receptionist, nurses, Dr. Scarantino. They are all pleasant, calm and work efficiently.

Brenda is such a great person it's never a dull moment when I have my appointment. When she's there she's a pleasure to see always has a smile on her face and is very helpfull.
