I need business insurance and I needed it fast. We transferred from another insurance company that was a bit more expensive. Thimble made it quick and painless. My company was insured in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. 100% would recommend them!

I’m very disappointed with Thimble and their services. I have submitted a commercial liability claim for property damage 3 weeks ago on 10/2/23 and no response. The have no actual customer service to talk to only an email support. However they do not have a problem taking my payment every month. Definitely do not recommend.

SHAM company. Lemme tell you, super easy to set up, good price - fast and easy. But- heaven forbid you have a claim- there’s NO ONE ON THE PHONES. It’s a looping recording asking you to make a ticket. Guess how many tickets I’ve made? Gotten one phone call from a personal phone number not a company and haven’t heard back since. There’s no customer service line, nothing. So yep, awesome deal on insurance if you never need to make a claim. Use lemonade, or a larger company because this one is a joke.

I’ve never had a claim or a need to call customer service so I’m not familiar with that side of thimble but I’ve purchased event insurance multiple times with them and I would recommend thimble to anyone and everyone. Hands down the cheapest insurance I’ve seen, and I’ve done a lot of hunting. The website is extremely straight forward and easy to navigate and satisfying to use! The type of event I get insurance for a lot of places ask a bunch of questions and make it really hard to get approved but this is so easy and straight forward.

We filed a claim via their site after a break in - heard nothing. Filed an help ticket and have received one call back from a texas number with a claim number. We have called that number half a dozen times per day since then and have never gotten a call back. We’re waiting to get things started because every day without tools is money lost and somehow Ray can’t be bothered to get back in touch with us.

Very straightforward and simple way to purchase a policy. Quick and efficient process with lots of flexibility. We are very pleased with the signup process and the price was significantly lower than other quotes.

Disappointed. My camera shutter broke and I didn’t know any better to say I dropped it so I could get it covered. Wear and tear not covered. It broke during a gig, so I’m out that money plus the cost of a rental camera. Why even have business insurance if it doesn’t cover when my camera breaks during a show?

Way too expensive. Unfortunately NEXT will not cover me at this time, so I figured I'd get a quote. NEXT had me at like $30 a month, maybe $35? And you guys want $54 for JUST general liability. That's insane.

Everything was straight forward. The policy came within minutes. Will definitely continue to use.
