Think Coffee reviews
13My favorite place for breakfast. Has the vest latte in Manhatten. Also huge selection of delicious pastries. And amazing stuff always friendly and welcoming.
Coffee was great and the pastries I didn't try the food but when I come back to NY definitely I will be there
Got two coffees and 2 slices of banana bread.
Banana bread was NOT FRESH at all and clearly not baked today or the day before. I had to throw it away once arrived home. Unfortunately I didn’t check before leaving the coffee.
The service is mediocre.
I went here to grab some iced coffees and when I got there I saw some delicious croissants in the showcase, but when I look closer I saw a lot of small insects walking all over the pastries that they haddd! That was really disgusting and ofc I didn't buy any.
Good coffee. Cozy and quiet place to work. Very friendly employees. No wi fi, which isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your work.
Please stay away from this place!
Horrible customer at its best.
So I ordered a coffee with oat milk, and the barista/supervisor handed me the wrong order (latte with almond milk) then suddenly realized that she gave me the wrong Oder, took the coffee out of my hand, hand it over to another customer with an attitude. Then she proceeded to make my coffee, then sat it there without a lid, flies are just flying around. When I turned around and asked if that was my coffee, she responded “ yes, you already took the wrong order already, I didn’t need to call you for this one “ I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She started raising her voice at me in front of the other customers, when I told her it was her mistake for giving me the wrong order, I couldn’t just go behind the bar and take the coffee. She was so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was told she was the supervisor. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to leave the coffee because they were flies all over it, no she agree to give me a refund.
Came here to grab coffee on a Sunday morning around 10am. There was no line and there were a few open tables. I got the Spanish latte with oat milk and it was delicious! Cute vibe and good service. Would recommend this spot for a quick catch up, but it didn’t look like it would be great for working out of
It used to be my favorite coffee place, but not anymore. I ordered oat milk late and literally saw the guy mixing out regular milk with out milk together, SHOCKED. I don't have a problem on using whole milk but what if I did?
The staff were really kind and the place was cozy (but nice for 1-2 people). I got English breakfast with oat (steamed) and it was nice and a good price.
Yes bathroom but no wifi
How can a cafe in this day and age not have wifi? ! Dropped 6 buck on a latte to have to work with my own data.
Friendly, helpful staff - I had a concern and it was swiftly and warmly addressed. Great coffee.
I don't know what to say.absolutely fantastic coffee but wow. The most miserable staff and service I ever did get. Atmosphere like a mortuary. Thankfully I had music and headphones. Left depressed. After a great coffee.
Great chill space with a good/quiet vibe during late afternoon on a mid-January Sunday. The macchiato was unusually bitter for my taste, but with a splash of oat milk and a healthy dash of cinnamon, YUMMMMM~
