Third Ave Apothecary, New York NY

Beware of this pharmacy. It's supposed to be "convenient" with delivered prescriptions, but they only send you text messages with links to check-out and don't bother to call and confirm if you've received them. They don't send any emails. What business does not use email?

When I called to enquire about my prescription I was told that I received two texts to my iPhone to check-out and that they "confirm were delivered" - I did not receive any. What's more, I had sent them a text message earlier in the day to ask for an update on my prescription I received no response. Why emphasize the text feature when no one is replying to the messages?

Your run-of-the-mill CVS or Duane Reade has better customer service.

Do not expect them to give go out of their way to get in touch with you to get you your medicine!

This is my second time use their service. First time my derm told me about NimbleRX and sent my prescription to Third Ave. Within a hour they have my order ready and sent it to my address. The items all came at very reasonable price.

This week I visited a new derm and specified NimbleRX to use Third Ave again. At around 6pm just when I thought I need to wait another day, the store called/texted me after business hours to let me know they will ship the medication right away and have it delivered by 10pm. I got my prescription at 9: 30pm with all items nicely packed and labeled. After applying the medicine my skin condition instantly improved.

Will come back again. Thank you thank you thank you!

THIS IS A 'BIZ' THAT TRULY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Their comportment to each of us is warm and sweet! In fact, I had need of a special Px from my Dermatologist and it was a costly one. When the Pharmacist heard about the difficulty I had in getting this prescribed and much-needed ointment, she stepped in and made sure that a better, MUCH BETTER $ would be offered to me. AND YES IT WAS! And because of them, my skin is NOW IMPROVING as it's responding beautifully to this medication. MANY RAH-RAHS AND CHEERS TO THEM!

Was referred to here from my derm and and the experience from doctor to pharmacy was so seamless. They worked with my insurance and texted when the prescription was filled and ready to be delivered. And they deliver to JC! Great service and prices for generic prescriptions

Unfortunately was unreliable! They ‘missed’ my prescription that the Dr sent. Had to call them to find out where my prescription is and the person on the phone was rude

I had a bad expeprience a few weeks ago but soon thereafter the owner called me apologizing for the inconvenience and volunteering to personally deal with future orders. I decided to try again and it worked perfectly. I have to acknowledge they tried hard to fix the problem and deserves recognition
