First some rude dude named Victor lied and said they been trying to call me to reschedule, after I was already their… the lies I answered if front of receptionist… Then I’m rescheduled, had my doctors office, fax over the referral, a woman who admitted, to leaving early, said she didn’t see it… So she says we can’t do anything without referral doctors office doesn’t open until 9am, which by then I will be at work… Now it’s no problem to get the fax after, my advice just go somewhere, where it’s not just about money and them wanting to help instead of focusing on some paper they can get in an hr. Or the rude receptionist, that’s their for a check…

Love This place. Service was outstanding. Receptionist was so nice. Clean and wait service wasn’t too long. I will recommend Third avenue Imaging.

Appointments are just for fun. You show up early as requested and then you wait an hour after your scheduled time. And that's why one should not use any facilities in the Bronx, because they are a joke. Jump in your car and go to a place that would actually honor and value your time as they should. After 1 hour of my time being wasted these ppl had the audacity to tell me there's still 5 ppl ahead of me. Their excuse was that their technician came late and they were trying to catch up. I'm sorry this is not how it's done. Either cancel the missed appointments or cancel the rest of the appointments for the day. You don't just keep people completely unaware of what's happening and waste their time. This is not how you run a business nor a medical establishment. Pathetic! Also is it just me or do most of their 5 star reviews come from accounts with one review ever. Talk about fake it till you make it.

I didn't like it because they gave me an ultrasound and they didn't even give me a gown and I was all ashamed that I wouldn't come back.

Horrible my appointment at 12 pm and wait 2 hours and a half waiting is a nightmare to get to this place because of the waiting time

I didn't care for the place it's not clean enough and no changing room I had to undress in front of the nurse which she could of went outside for a second and no gown

In this place I had my Mammography done almost two months ago and they still have not sent the results in which they said that in a week they would send me a copy and they have not even sent the results to the doctor who indicated it to me; How can you trust results with so much waiting time? They really don't deserve a star

My Appointment was at 8: 00 am I waited 59min, and I left because I have to work, why do you offer an early appointment if you don't go to respect people's time I take that time for a reason,

Completely disgusting is all I have to say, the driving is horrible, I do not recommend anyone to come here, my appointment was scheduled at 10: 45 I was notified to go earlier around 10: 15 and it is 12: 35 I haven't even been called disrespectful yet to waste your time like this. The facility is disgusting, the staff is not entirely to blame, but they don't expedite either, the horrible messy waiting room.

They need professional receptionist. She spoke to me like I’m her child, no one wants to be treated this way especially when your health is at risk. Delia

Very very bad service on this site. My appointment was 12: 45. I waited a half hour.and they didn't call me. And then I saw that they called the other person who arrived after me. Obviously I had to ask the receptionist, why did they pass the person who arrived after me. And she tells me That his appointment was earlier than mine, even though I got there first

The people you meet when you first walk in are a very important part of your business. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I wish a lot of business owners would keep that in mind when hiring staff. Every DDI I have been to have had women working there who think it's cute to act ignorant. Today was no different.
The woman at the window to the right was so loud and crass. I just asked for my referral back so I can go elsewhere.

I do not recomend this place. The waiting time for the MRI two hrs and counting. The guy who is doing the test needs a MRI himself he walking with a limp side and talks a lot with people not job related stuff. I would appreciate if they appreciate our time as valuable too.

2nd review thursday May 12,2022 call was recieved imforming of X-Ray thw next day but was cancel! Insurance will solely book transportation with 72 hours in advance me TACKY very LACKY Lazy expect the worst not the best

Medical services from HELL or lack thereof in as such upon walking into building with covid19 still current you would think so approximately 28 seats in lobby and 28 bodies in each seat with additional people standing 4 or 5 elderly shame shame SHAME appointment was 9.30 am and 2 pm still waiting with no updates nor discussion if you wish to stay SAFE run away they dont gave
