The owner is professional and courteous. Quick turn around (1 week for 2 pairs of pants being tapered and hemmed) for $55. I will be coming back to get more clothes tailored here.

Great tailor. The perfect fit every time from custom suits to jeans. Recently I had an emergency and needed a suit for a funeral and he was able to tailor it the same day. After trying a few tailors, I’ll never go anywhere else. His prices are great too. Highly recommend.

I've been to a handful of tailors in the Rochester area looking to alter different pieces I've found second hand. After visiting Thomas Tailors, I can safely say I don't trust anyone else BUT him. He's an extremely talented tailor who does a tremendous job at honoring each piece. He is both warm and welcoming, as well as honest and forthright. I recently took a old, handmade peacoat to him that needed a little TLC (it was truthfully falling apart) and the tailor here was able to restore it to its former glory. Could not recommend them enough

I tried altering/hemming my sister's gorgeous jumpsuit with an inner lining that she will wear to a wedding today! Today being NEW YEAR'S EVE! Needless to say, I made a MESS of it. Brought suit in at 240p; done at 4p. Good looking, professional, clean cut gentlemen, quotes me cheap! I said please put an emergency tax on the bill. He refuses. I beg him to PLEASE put a "customer made a mess of an easy task fee". He was kind while saying no. Total life saver and now has a loyal customer!

I was desperate looking for a particular shirt around Rochester. Luckily I found it at this shop with the right price and good customer service. I will recommend them to any body looking for good dress.

I was looking to get the zipper on my child’s sleepsack repaired. After taking it to another shop and being told it not only would need to be entirely replaced, but would also cost me $80 (!), I decided to try here. Ekrem took a very careful look at what I needed done and immediately started to tinker with it. Within 3 minutes he had it entirely fixed, for free!

Went in to get my coat relined, owner treated me with absolute respect and class. Kind, respectful, and patient. Haven't picked up my coat yet, but expecting the best based on the service today.

This tailor shop did a fantastic job! I came in with a satin dress that comes down in the front at an angle, and it was way too long for a petite girl. He was able to recreate that angle at a shorter length and I got compliments on it all night long! It was also a very reasonable price.

From a friends suggestion, I took my wedding dress here to be altered. I was hesitant at first because I walked and saw only suites. Once Ekrem started fitting me I instantly felt comfortable and confident that he was going to do a good job. My dress was ready in 2 weeks and the results were as promised.
