Well organized. Robert was phenomenal. He answered all our questions and took time to make sure our family need not worry about anything.
Everyone that we worked with at Dalton were wonderful. They made the difficult experience of planning my Mother's funeral much easier than I thought it would be. My husband and I appreciated their expertise, helpfulness, and kindness so much.
Service was very good from start to finish. They explained everything, what options there were, etc.

John and the staff of Dalton went above and beyond for our family. We didnot have my mothers glasses and John went out of his way to find a pair very similiar. He made sure we had more than enough space to accommodate our visitors and ensured us of comfort and safety. The staff was available at all times to answer questions or provide anything we needed. Their service, knowledge and understanding of the business, along with their compassion and empathy for ones feelings and state of mind, helped my siblings and iI make tough decisions during a very tragic time. We appreciate John and the Dalton staff for all their help and guidance. We are sure our mother is at peace.

John was very helpful there was a few problems I walked in and my son had no cross or rosary beads and at the end they did not give me the bag with the thank you cards I had to come back for them and the young lady said she forgot that night my husband took the sign in book but the other 2 gentleman were great
Once again Dalton Funeral Homes has given my family a beautiful comforting funeral for our loved one. It is hard to find the words to express how grateful we are for a flawless wake funeral and trip to the cemetery. Our logistics were complicated but Beth organized everything so we were able to focus on our loss and caring for each other. Everything was beautiful and everyone in the family commented on how comforted they felt with Beth handling everything and what a truly class act is Dalton Funeral Homes. So blessed to have their family take such good care of our family.
