Thomas Jefferson Park Skate Park reviews
16Been to this skatepark, really lucky for whoever lives around, but it isn't a park worth visiting from afar. It is a nice Mid tier level park, but there are better ones for beginners to skate on. Nonetheless there is a nice flat open ground to practice on, and it's pretty open. All in all, a 4/5
Small, Graffiti everywhere, dirty, parties happen here. Cops everywhere. Right next to the highway, loud.
I like it as a local park. I would NEVER use the portable toilets. Go to Costco or Target 3 blocks away
Lots of areas to take photos and fun for the entire family. Skate park, full track to jog, or play soccer. Also basketball courts and a playground for smaller children, the dog park and the signature art work in the middle that I'm Photographed in front of and more. In the summer the ice cream truck is always close, along with the icee lady Oh and there's usually a cop cruiser present after dark.
I love this park I go all the time with my son is safe just got to watch who you getting next to but it's fun for the kids
Newly renovated kids park & picnic area. Great skate park, basketball courts, baseball fields, football/soccer field, & track field for daily activities/exercises. There's also some work out apparatus to use freely. Very spacious and enjoyable park!
Beautiful and playful playground for you children. With trees surrounded to give good shades while sitting on many benches. Outside playground, there are many BBQ areas for families to host big parties and gatherings. It's a very joyful place. Huge swimming pool with free admissions but wear swimming suits first, and bring a padlock, you are ready to go!
Big fields to play balls, and
Newly renovated kids park with different things to do from getting on swing, getting on structure to play on and eventually new sprinkles.
This is the skate park everyone wishes was in their neighborhood. Nothing too big, metal edges on everything. Mini ramp always makes things better. I think this was the first NYC skatepark to experiment with the idea of having the mini ramp be somewhat in the park and not by itself.the low curb on the western deck of the mini ramp is awesome. Would love to see that in more parks. More experienced skaters will have fun here 8 days a week, while a beginner can come to this park and leave feeling like they accomplished something. Lots of smooth pavement on the outside of the park if flat ground is your thing.
I was here once in the summer and parking can be difficult. In the winter it was no problem at all.
This is a pretty good skatepark it’s just it’s pretty dirty. Plus the area is pretty bad) The only good thing is the view at the river but still the first thing that gets in your ayes is the hospital for crazy people so guys I wouldn’t say that it’s a really good place to go to)
The park is very clean and has so many things to do, but construction has started recently which is pretty upsetting.
A hidden oasis in East Harlem. It is currently under construction. There is lots to do for all ages, from skateboarding area to basketball and picnic tables to running track and a big public swimming pool.
It was good but the only thing what I don't like is too dark at night need lights for the park will be better and safe for everyone
Only skatepark in harlem, the locals are nice. Close to a Target and lots of quick bites within a 1 mile radius
