I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Darcy from Tiffany & Co.from the Manhassett location. I had an issue with a piece of jewelry that had been repaired recently, Although the issue was not resolved Darcy from Customer Service made sure that I would not leave the store until the issue was resolved once and for all. She is a true professional in her line of work and deserves a Mangers position within the Company where she can implement her special skills that she possesses. I would also like to thank Lauren Waterman for taking great care of all my concerns with this issue. They have restored my faith in Tiffany and Co.and I look forward to future purchases at their location.

Best shopping experience in the world and they even adjust what they sell on premise

Plus they have a line for the avg person 500 dollars and less

Did not understand why we were questioned just prior to exiting the store by security. That was really uncomfortable. ️

I purchased two rings from Tiffany and I had them fitted and engraved at Tiffany & Co. The staff was nice and professional. As we entered the store we were greeted and directed to the proper staff member. We were updated on the progress of the rings.

When I walked into the store, I was ignored and nobody greeted me. When I finally got ahold of a sales associate, he was somewhat rude and unhelpful. Their selection is very limited and they didn't have the item I was looking for in stock.
Edit: I returned to this location today and the service was excellent! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Much better than my prior experience.

I just walked out of the store and haven’t even pulled out of the lot yet; I need to give credit where it’s due.

I was looking for a gift for my niece and I was elegantly greeted by a salesperson named Marlene Starr. I told her a brief description of my ideal gift and she took me around the store, showing me different options and giving her personal opinions of each.

It was incredibly comfortable working with her. She was extremely patient with my constant mind-changing. She made sure to meet my requirements budget wise and style wise. As well, despite us being in a pandemic, she made sure to assert the rules of staying socially distant and not putting the jewelry on for me.

I ultimately ended up going far above my budget, but I couldn’t be happier. She showed me the value of each item I chose and I’m convinced that I will be going back to purchase both these items for myself.

Thank you, Marlene, for such an easy and safe experience at Tiffany & Co.at the Americana Manhasset and thank you for showing me the everlasting value these gifts will carry years down the line.

We visited Tiffany’s yesterday. Service was outstanding. We were greeted at the door and welcomed to Tiffany’s. My daughter received a gift in May that was too large. The associate was extremely helpful. She Iooked up the purchase (using the buyer’s contact info) and handled the sizing for her since a smaller size wasn’t available. My daughter opted to pick up her item - although Tiffany’s would have shipped it to her. We also had a repair to deal with. The repair desk was accommodating and took care of us. A little pricey to repair a single link - but worth it for some peace of mind.
Overall a pleasant and welcoming experience. Thank you for being so helpful.

Main thing to know right now is the front is closed and you can only enter from the rear parking lot. And when you get there you might have to wait. But the service is top notch.

We didn't spend allot of time in the store because we already knew what we wanted but our salesperson, Dan was helpful and friendly. They are disinfecting every piece of jewelry after it is tried on and everyone is wearing a mask.

Waited on line for 45 min. Then once inside I purchased wine glasses only to be told after 20 minutes of waiting that they didn't have them in stock, so they ordered them from their warehouse to be shipped to my home. I could have done that myself without ever leaving my house.

Visited the store today and I had an AMAZING experience my boyfriend and I went to pick out a ring for my graduation/ birthday gift. When we arrived a very sweet lady took our names down and I must say she knows exactly what she’s doing. She made sure everyone was social distancing and making sure everyone had their masks on. When it was our turn the sweetest lady helped us and made us feel extremely welcomed and was enthusiastic about helping us. We ended up purchasing a ring and the lady that helped us really made the experience just that more enjoyable for us! Thank you!

I went with my girlfriend to purchase rings, and I must say Angela took care of us. She had patience, did not rush us, and recommended us great advice. If you go, ask for her! She made our experience wonderful!

I needed help finding my fiance a gift for her birthday. Unlike some of the other stores in Americana, the associates here are very helpful and kind so I will gladly be coming back for future gifts.

Staff are very welcoming and the place is very comfortable. The jewelry specialist was great and very helpful to my budget and showing me many collections and variety. She made it really easy to make a selection but unfortunately the piece wasn't in stock in the store so she helped order it for me and I had it in 2 days free shipping. I would go back and buy from them again.

The worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.ever. Came in with my boyfriend looking for a ring and the associate working with us, Corinne, was extremely rude and condescending to us. I asked her to help us with sizing and she acted inconvenienced. Gave us the sizer and then was sighing and rolling her eyes. Left and walked to David Yurman where I bought a ring instead.

Love my necklace I got for my birthday, but they look at you constantly like you’re going to rob the whole store. Relax, if we didn’t have the money I wouldn’t waste my time going in to be ogled by the likes of these people.

Awful experience, I will only go back here one more time to return the necklace I just purchased. Walked in after a yoga class (I guess I didn't look wealthy enough for them to pay attention to me) and was ignored. I had to hunt down an associate for them to pull out a necklace I had ordered to the store. I ended up buying it because I thought it was what I wanted. A solitaire diamond in a halo setting. It was a smaller diamond than I wanted and I felt rushed and confused by overall weight of the pendant etc. I ended up buying it, and I am now seeing that they put this $3,800 necklace in a dirty bag. Really? I am all for recycling, but something this special, I deserved a clean bag that no one else has touched, not one with finger prints. Also, watched them gush over other groups of people, but I wasn't even offered a water until I had already paid. Just horrible, I will return it within the period, its not worth the money to pay for their marketing. They just lost a loyal brand supporter. Just as all the reviews say, no one greeted me hello, and I felt like I was bothering someone to help me.
