Tim Hortons, Blasdell NY

Typical Tim hortons. I feel like the hot chocolate has been lacking. Just no taste. Very watery

They need to bring back the chocolate chunk cookies to this location. Very clean atmosphere. Drive thru times are good.

Other than a relatively clean eating area this Tim Hortons is sadly lacking across the board. There is no real structure from the employees if you come inside to order food. The drive-thru side seems to flo pretty steadily. I live within walking distance of this location and often take my children here with me. Unfortunately, the selection of food is always pretty low for breakfast sandwiches (no croissants or biscuits). The donuts aren't up to par with other Tim Hortons in the area. The front end of the cashier and food prepper seems to always be in chaos. No one wants to man the register, and once you get up there they don't even listen to what you want. I've received wrong food altogether or missing key items almost every time I come here. Please get this location into shape Corporate Tim Hortons!

Don’t bother stopping at this Tim Hortons. They can make a proper bagel if their life’s depended on it. And you’ll never get an iced coffee that is actually filled all they way. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend

Place is going downhill fast. Iced coffee was burnt and "toasted" bagel was far from it. Everything was inedible.

The staff were friendly when ordering from drive thru. But got surprised they close at 2 pm

Dive thru, is quick and friendly. Probably my favorite Tim Hortons. My only gripe is not having certain flavors of Tim Bits later in the afternoon. There have been a few times I’ve ordered a 40 pack mixed and all I get is sour cream and blue berry.

The food is good if they get your order right! If you're getting your food delivered make sure you say how many drinks you have and sides for example a muffin or donut because they forget to put those things in your bag. Several times grub hub will say they delivered the items but really didn't

Tim Hortons is the best kept secret in the border states. I never heard of it before moving to NY. Now, I'll never go anywhere else for coffee and breakfast. Tim Hortons, thank you for existing!

Unfortunately went into the location drive thru to many cars. Unfortunately we were shorted 1 donut no biggie but whomever helped counter person didn't make some drinks correctly. But gentleman at register had great customer service

OK after my last visit I won't be stopping at this location anymore. I got a wrap with the paper still attached to my cheese. Not only is it unappetizing but I could have choked. I contacted the company who kicked the can down the road to the location who have ignored me. I just wanted a refund on an item that I couldn't eat. They definitely lost a loyal customer.

4 out of 7 days, between 7/3& 7/10/2020 they claimed ice cap machine broken or on 7/10/20 they were out of the mix when I ordered a salted caramel iced cappuccino. Always excuses. Most times I order through drive thru around 630pm and 7: 10pm. I sometimes think it's because they wanna be out right at 8pm when closing. I have started to go to Starbucks a half mile away since this. This also happens alot when someone would like a Tim's chili, if close to closing time. I hope the owner fixes these issues with either maintenance on equipment, ordering extra products, or fixing staffing issues if just pure laziness.

Even when they are understaffed and with everything else going on. They are still providing amazing service

Service isn't always consistant. Sometimes you'll sit at the speaker in the drivethru for at least 5 minutes when it's slow before they acknowledge you. Then on a seperate occassion I've sat behind a car at the drivethru watched the employee finish the transaction and continue to talk to the customer for another 10 minutes even with people honking, then as I drive up I heard them giggling like schoolgirls about how hot said customer was. Really? I get that it's just coffe shop but flirting isn't exactly a good reason to hold up the drivethru.
Other times you'll get good service, only spending maybe 5 minutes total from pulling up to pulling away. They're usually nice though, at least.

Staff is very rude, the drive through is ridiculous. Staff in the drive through didn’t wear a mask or gloves, and it wasn’t contact less. I was very upset he wasn’t wearing mask, his hands looked dirty, Hot cocoa was horrible. A staff member was talking about a customer while I was waiting for my coffee in drive through. Don’t go to this Tim Hortons.

Iced coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes they include the espresso I paid for. Sometimes they dont. It's a luck of the draw I suppose

They always get my order right but it doesnt seem my coffee stays hot long from this location very friendly staff

Coffee every morning. Sometimes they mess up my order, and the guy at the drive thru window isnt always the nicest.

Every single Tim Hortons I go to for some reason the employees have such a hard time starting coffee
