Tim Hortons, West Seneca NY

This is the worst tim Hortons around. I usually order an egg & cheese English muffin sandwich with a hash brown. The English muffin is cold every single time. Out of convenience I stopped there today to get a bagel, thinking it would be simple enough. I ordered it DOUBLE toasted and it was inedible. The bagel was not even warm enough to melt the butter and the amount of butter used is ridiculous. There are enough other locations in the area, I highly suggest avoiding this one.

My absolute favorite Tim Hortons for a variety of reasons.i am a super particular customer but when i order here I don’t need to nitpick its reliably good and that makes me very happy!

Great service & food, also loved the dine-in experience the way the seating and tables were arranged. A caution note though about the rest room though well maintained I had to quick finish my business because someone inside the stall was eavesdropping into my business. Next time I see it I'll take care of business and ask questions later.

I just ordered the new peppermint mocha iced latte and it was the most rancid drink I have ever tasted.

Ordered a vanilla latte, got hot coffee no milk no vanilla. Thankfully we remembered to ask for napkins this time. Tim Hortons has gone way down hill

Awful drive-thru cashier. Basically handed me my order without saying a word. Hire people with customer service/people skills! Not too difficult. Tiny parking lot with drive-thru line wrapping around the building and onto Harlem Road. Won’t be returning to this location.

Will NEVER forgive the staff for how rude they were on wearing masks. This was when most places were DONE with that useless insanity

They’re always running out of the different essentials T. Hortons offer, no honey dip, carmel, no soup, no chocolate donuts, no almond milk… Do they not know how or when to replenish? !

This Tim Hortons location on Union Rd. & Clinton St.in West Seneca, NY doesn't have any flavor or Specialty drinks. I wanted Peppermint Tea, which I don't be really consider Specialty or Fancy but they said we only have simple drinks. So I said I'll have a Regular Tea with Splenda please, I threw in three Peppermint Altoids

Drive thru is a joke will wait in an empty drive thru for 10 plus minutes or until its completely backed up into the street before they will take your order almost always mess up ur order n this happens constantly wont be goin there anymore ppl need to be retrained or fired.taking someones order in a timely manner should be easy but there its like they cant be bothered to do there job

Don't see what people see in their food. Don't think anything is very good. Not a big coffee drinker so don't see what big thing about their coffee is. Place always busy so hard to get in and out of.

Service during afternoon is absolutely awful. The girls who usually work afternoons are too busy to wait in walk in customers because they are huddled together watching videos on their phone and using the F word all the time. It is like they are hanging out at a club and make you wait a few minutes before they even come to the register. Many times you hear them complain about their job what cleaning duties they have to do that night and hope they lose power and close for the day. Watch the security cameras and see what is going on. High prices and bad service

Employees are very rude.asked for ones name and was snottly told she didnt have to give it to me.will ever return there.

Tim Hortons just did me dirty on a stale blueberry bagel with no cream cheese $3.33 for a bagel with nothing on it. Wow.

Walked into a gentleman waiting for a mobile order asking the girl what do you think I stole a bagel. Really!
She had tattoos was there about 11am. Crabby when she took my order. And then the girl making my sandwich put my sandwich on the counter and walked away. Very miserable people especially when there is no one inside. Will not be going back there again. If you spending money at least be polite.

Tried to use an app offer for a $2 latte and it didn't work after scanning it. Told the employee about the issue and they just shrugged and said I don't know why it's not working and proceeded to have me pay full price. No sympathy at all and was offered no solutions. Never coming to this Tim Hortons again.

I don’t like Tim Hortons but it’s everyone’s opinion. I went here w/ my friend and her mom in April or March 2022. They had good service for the most part. Idk if something was wrong about the Tim it’s but we needed different ones. Idk. The TimBits were so good though. That is why I rated 4 stars to this location of Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons has the worse customer service! Majority of the staff are so rude! Not to mention stale bagels, horrible tasting ice coffee, and the lack of enthusiasm to even stir the coffee! I was just given a coffee with cream on the bottom with mocha and the coffee poured on top! Definitely not what I order as an iced coffee!

Paid for med hot chocolate with whipp cream- watery n no whipp cream. Crossett breakfast sandwich were burnt.
