The Silver Creek location after several calls need to seriously change their ways of putting frosted donuts in there brown bags! By the time you get them home ALL THE FROSTING IS STUCK TO THE BAG! ITS AWFUL! WHAT HAPPEN TO THE WAX PAPER SHEETS!

Great place open 24/7 great staff always looks clean also looks well staffed. Great customer service employees are well dressed very professional customer friendly staff and building inside and out looked very clean

I ordered a frozen hot chocolate which was not frozen at all, the grilled cheese I also order was mushy and gross. The lady at the window was very rude didn’t give us are receipt and over charged us. As I was pulling out of the drive through I decided to go inside to see if I could get another frozen hot chocolate and that one wasn’t frozen at all either.

Too much increase on price and not enough deals.needs loyalty rewards lift for us that spend alot there.it would just help giving each other back in ways so our society in a close village type area persay. That way we all stay decent to one another.
Possibly can bring further and more business as well with word of mouth and just some new comers that pass by on 60.thank you however workers are great and as always taste of home and sweetness.

I ordered an Ice Coffee and little guy at the counter gave me hot. So I told him. He took it back, poured ice in it and gave it back to me. NEVER will I go back

When I went, I ordered a ten pack of timbits all chocolate glazed, they gave me all different and the messed up the rest of my order. This was the worst Tim Hortons I've been to.

Basically a great coffee shop. Please put paper towels option in restrooms.the app is a bit confusing, night I'm learning it. I would like to see my discounts before I pay.

Wasn't much open in the middle of the night.what a sight for sore eyes.great cup of coffee. You gotta try the Oreo cookie ice cap.

One of the better Tim Hortons. Usually everyone is super nice and they always have a puppy lover in the mix as my white and black Pomsky loves to poke his head out the window to try and get Tim bits lol. Thier coffee and grilles cheese paninis with bacon are so good love that they are on sourdough I think! They were super nice to fix an app issue with ordering. Love this place!

Paid 5.71 for a large coffee, 4 cream and 4 French vanilla shots. Cost 2.82 for the shots. Dunkin doesn't do this and is about 1.75 cheaper.

Took a while for 6 drinks, four of which were frozen, but that's likely when you have to do that many frozen ones. The iced Capps were more creamer than coffee I felt but they're still good.

My first time at a Tim Horton's, delicious food and friendly staff especially at 5 o clock in the morning!

Two days in a row the drink size was wrong. Paid for a large received a medium then when I asked what size it was the employee lied and said large and only said it was a medium when I replied this isn’t a large. They took it back with complete attitude then put it In a larger white cup full of ice so I’m sure it was the same drink. No hash browns were available for a farmers wrap and ok it happens but then no cheese was on the sandwich either? That was yesterday. I didn’t go back and complain.
Second day today ordered the strawberry and coconut milk drink same thing in a white cup full of ice and no strawberry flavor added tasted like milk water. Gave me a medium hot coffee when I ordered a large ice coffee finally I just said I want a refund then was told I couldn’t have one by the manager who said we will fix your drinks we do not refund! Honestly at that point I would rather drink puddle water than any drink they would have made. Completely awful!

No cards excepted however you didn't know this until you were 6 cars deep in the drive through. Toasted bagel comes out soft like bread and employees act like it hurts to move.
