Tim Hortons / تيم هورتنز, Buffalo NY

I order two number five meals and when I got my order and took it upstairs to eat since I was waiting for my fiancé to be seen I dint get any chips with my one order and they did not give me any drink I ask for and got water instead and was not told it was water and was given to me in a regular Tim Hortons coffee cup and not the clear soda cup.not satisfied with how i all turned out.

The nurse in front of me in line had the cashier ask her if she wanted to leave her change? When she asked if it was being donated to a fund and or What was the purpose of leaving a large amount of change there was? The cashier replied just to leave it in the drawer… so is that inadvertently asking for a tip? ! The other day there was a tip cup there the couple dollars in it right in front of the register but now it’s gone! And sorry to say this time my sandwich had brown lettuce on it.so I’m not amused with that at all. I did buy one of the blue donuts for the Buffalo fund Because I saw a sign for it and I know that’s legit… at least I’m hoping so lol

Trash. Grill never works. Bought chicken wrap multiple times and it was trash always. Worst place to spend ur hard earned money.

I paid for a double egg and double bacon sandwich and one sausage egg muffin and they gave me 2 sausage egg. Should have read the reviews before placing order. Overpaid for an entire sandwich.

1 star only because they do have food available. Service is awful. Orders are consistently wrong. Asked to have my bagel cut in half. They REFUSED and gave me a plastic knife instead.
Hot food is barely warm, seems like nobody actually knows how to operate a toaster. Every visit is a disappoinment at this location.
And Stop Calling Me and Every One Else "Honey and Sweety", so annoying and disrespectful.

This place at children's hospital.unfortunately, they didn't meet safety and customer service guide lines. Lady who worked there she is so rude and loud. I don't know how she did it but my food look like smashed in the bag. It is

Your manager shannon was talking down on another employee I was angry about how she was speaking to her saying god dont you learn are you 2 years old you dont listen I dont think your training policy tells you to talk down upon employees like that I feel bad for the other lady she was trying to help also another emplyee was shaking his head no because of how mean she was to her if I had that experience I would not work for your company please teach your manager how to talk to other employees this happened 02/26/2020 time was 8: 15 am

Worst time Hortons ever. Never seen something so poorly ran before in my life. Almost twenty minutes for a streak panini sandwich. And I was the only order that had to be made. Rediculous. Especially when the other front end person is sitting their playing with their snap chat laying across the counter instead of making sure a customer gets his order

Friendly but far undersized. No fountain drinks and very limited options. It is a Tim Horton’s, but not one of the top tier. Overpriced.

I went to this location, while I was looking at the pastries, I noticed fruit flies all in the patries, I informed an associate she fanned the pastries. The flies were still their when I left, no attempt was made to dispose of the products, which I think is disgusting. I hope no one buys the pastries.

Employees are nice, but none of the drinks are ever made right. They use the wrong flavoring whenever I order a vanilla latte (whatever they use has no sweetener), and they don't seem to know that they have a white mocha latte in their own menu (they always refer to it as a normal mocha latte and it doesn't taste right).

I come back every week or so because my boys are in the NICU and am hoping they've gotten their act together, but it is a fruitless affair at this point.

Basically, don't order any of their espresso drinks. It's more likely than not that they will mess it up and be horribly inconsistent.

Fast quick service on day shift amazing crew. Lines are very long at times and they whip you right through. Great job!
