Tim Hortons, Rochester NY

They forgot to include sausage on my sausage egg cheese bagel sandwich. I went back and let them know about the mistake. The lady behind the counter yelled at me that she didn't make the sandwich in a very sour attitude. I simply said "I didn't say who made the sandwich, I just want some sausage. She huffed and puffed off yelling "I'm going to walk off this job", and left me standing there. After a couple of minutes another employee came by and started to make me another sandwich. I asked him not to make another sandwich, I just want sausage for my sandwich.

Horrible customer service. Food was cold and I was given my order in 4 different bags for four items lol. The staff had one knowledgeable human I feel bad for them having to pick up all the slack of each and every incompetent bag of bones lingering around for a lousy wage. Good luck Tim Hortons hopefully more of your scummy stores close down we don't need you or coldstone. ️

Everytime I go here they have rancid tasting coffee because they are nor cleaning their equipment properly. The old oils from brewing are left to sir and build up and it creates a nasty sour taste.

The donuts were excellent. The southern voice girl at register was rude to the customer before me, and us. The girl in the drive thru let us pull forward to give order, and she wasn't sure how to do that and take the next order. She was trying to explain to staff the situation and it seemed chaotic for her. She remained calm, nice and I told her I'd just come inside to order. Everyone was polite but the lady at the register. The timbits are 5 star, everyone was 5 start besides the southern speaking woman. You can have a bad day, a bad moment, but in customer service, act right!

I've been hearing for years that this blows Dunkin Donuts out of the water so I was eager to try it while traveling where they are because I find Dunkin disgusting. It is identical to Dunkin' Donuts. If you like 1, you'll like the other unless it's just about brand loyalty. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was the same company like Krystals/White Castle. Everything was just bland and meh. They even managed to make an everything bagel with onion cream cheese relatively tasteless.

Normally they are very good, but this morning I went through drive thru and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a bacon, double egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I got a sausage, double egg and cheese on a plain bagel. They also gave me a hashbrown when I had ordered a vanilla dip donut. I tried calling 2-3 times trying to talk to someone, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing.

I like tim hortons but this one is the worst.drinks always take forever and are never made right.today they literally had no other customers and people still waited 7 minutes at drive through for one drink.and one of the girl’s at the window is always miserable.

Wow no way again ordered coffee for 5 in vehicle had to put all ingredients in to our own cups wow never again

Somebody should truly watch the cameras after 12p.m not once but twice I pulled up to the drive thru and recieve no service no body over the intercom, just pure silence as if they're close I look them up and it stated they were still open idk just saying easiest way to lose business

Ordered black regular coffee and got coffee that was more cream than coffee. Other times coffee was burnt or old. Never have problems at other locations around the state, or rarely. Ive been here about or 4 times and got good coffee once and that's when I went in due to them putting cream in my coffee.

I would only give it a half a star if I could went there to get a coffee and drive thru was closed so I went inside and the cashier didn't want to serve me they was still open and she was saying she was closed I am deciding to just go to Dunkin doughnuts instead.ateast they want $$.

Sandwiches are EXCELLENT! Ice coffee not so good, I have had better, however I will be back.

I went there at 3pm hoping to get a coffee went to drive thru first no reply so I went inside and the cashier gave me a attitude and said we are closed I mentioned that the website said you closed at 5pm and she said leave I am never going to go there again if I can say no star I would bad employees and headquarters had no answer for this mess. Guess you ppl don't like money tuff loss get better ppl who want to make money.

I have taken early retirement and much has changed in the last two years. However the cheery customer service I remembered has changed too. I was also told tersely by no less than 3 staff in 5 minutes it would just be a minute.as I stood smiling away.i guess in person customers are not a love match with this team. I pushed my own cheerfulness into overdrive and the dark clouds lifted slightly.such a shame. I am a new American.from Canada and it was odd to experience this.

Great service nice workers they deal with so many people from the hospital depending on their coffee and they deliver Everytime!

Not able to redeem offers on the app. The employees are not able to help with it either. Really hope the manager steps in and gets these quirks fixed. Might as well uninstall the app if there are no perks to it.
The staff is unable to balance between the in store customers and drive-thru customers. There’s always some waiting!
This store doesn’t even allow for pickup. Strange!

Oh how I miss Timmy Ho’s. They don’t have these in the south so I need to get my fix when I’m here. The Mocha ice coffee was excellent and the snack wrap was phenomenal. Service was quick and efficient. Tim Hortons needs to come to the south! Way better than Dunkin.

I went originally to get coldstone (they still had the sign up) but when I went in I was informed that it had closed. Other than that 8/10
