Tim Hortons, North Chili NY

Be ready to stand for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Then wait another ten for them to pour one coffee. This place is awful.

Went through drive through. Just got coffee, tasted a little bit burnt. Cup was very hot but they did not put a sleeve around the cup so it was hard to hold.

Staff is friendly but is hampered by awful POS system. Will not accept chip cards. Only Tap but mine doesn't work so there is no other way to process my card. It is 2023, this is unacceptable. Luckily I scraped up enough change to pay for my order. Very inconvenient for customers.

Had the bagel I was looking for Unfortunately they didn't cut it in half and I didn't ask for that because I didn't think I needed to.

Well done to the new owner they did a really nice job and I had the best cup of coffee I've had a long time from Tim Hortons

Horrible management. I can’t believe this was a manager I spoke with. I was simple trying to politely inform her that lately they are consistently out of certain items. You would think she would have apologized and accommodated some how. She made excuses and was very rude. Businesses that have this type of weak value for consistent paying customers do not deserve my business.

I would suggest Dunkin donuts. Myself and daughter use to go there for breakfast. The management at this establishment does not have a clue how to run a restaurant. Everytime we go there they are out of something. It closes at 9: 00pm but stops serving at 8: 00pm. So all they serve is drinks, it makes no sense. Run your business right or close the doors. Will not be going here no more.

Missing a sandwich. Eggshells in my wife's sandwich.some fuzzy clothes or something on my kids tim bites, and tried calling them and the phone is disconnected. Called customer service and he told me to drive back there.never going back there again.

The drive-thru line is so slow here. My Sandwich was cold by the time I got it. Go to the Chili center one. The food and service are much better

They forget food all the time and I go to call them about it and the phone number has been disconnected. This is unacceptable, especially for a business to be efficient.

This is a poor excuse of a Tim hortons. Poor excuse of employees and managers. I don’t understand how many times they can continue to screw up orders. Or keep people waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I asked for two coffees, three donuts and a wrap and they screwed everything up in my order. Managers literally do not care.

How is this place staying open for business? No communication between staff, comply messed up our order, said it's normal for the ice capps to be watery, staff has major attitude, I rarely complain, but this was not a good way to start the day

An Absolute disgusting display of customer service. Ordered an ice cap and some donuts while no one else was in the store, I received my donuts immediately and the two female employees then carried on laughing about, eating food, and completely ignoring the fact that I was still standing there. I gave it about five minutes until I asked about my ice cap, she had completely forgot then rushed my beverage. When I finally did receive it, it was a water downpour excuse and when I asked for a new one she said that was the best it was going to get. I threw out my drink and walked out the door. If you knew better you would do better

GO TO DUNKIN. This Tim Hortons has always been awful management wise and doing things in a timely fashion. They had closed and reopened and since then I was expecting things to be a bit smoother however it could not be worse still. I always go to Dunkin in the same plaza and forget why I avoid Tim’s until I go and remember how slow they are. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins and didn’t get any sorry, discount, or free food from it, nothing to say sorry for delays. Avoid this place.

Walked to the store and it said 4: 58, doors were already locked. THEY SHOULD have something on the site stating dining room is CLOSED AT 5 AND WE WILL CLOSE AND LOCK DOORS BEFORE 5. A-HOLES!

I have tried to go to this location multiple times. Service is always terrible, repeating my order multiple times, waiting 20 minutes for food, constantly out of things and above all, just rude about it.
Do not bother stopping unless you have an extra half hour and don't mind getting anything that you ordered.

Ordered hot drinks, they came in hot beverage cups but were ice cold? I'm not really sure what happened

Great food, great coffee, Great wraps. The steak wrap is my favorite. Try it you'll love it.

I have NEVER gotten a correct order from this Tim Hortons, and today decided to keep us waiting in line at the drive thru for our order for 15 minutes just to tell us they gave our order away already. Service is terrible and I preferred the old management because things got done atleast. Incompetent.

Location was remodeled recently and looks great. Even though it was near closing they still had fresh donuts.
