Tim Hortons, Malone NY

My favorite coffee. I fell in love with it in Canada. Unfortunately, the wait times are often really long at this location, so don't go if you are in a hurry. My order is hit and miss on accuracy, but it's always on the weak side compared to Canada.

Horrible customer service. Very rude staff and they are always out of products. Worst Tim Hortons within a 1000 mile radius.

Ordered online. Store ended up being closed because they changed their hours. Now I paid for something and don't have anything to show for it. Would not recommend this place at all. Service is horrible.

They let you order something in drive-thru even though they know they don't have it. Then you end up walking away with something you did not want.

Love this place I work here and the environment is amazing the employees are amazing and kind and the food is great and the drinks are delicious

Came through this Tim Hortons for breakfast. The refresher was tasty, the sandwich was ok, but my hash brown was cold and mushy. The hash brown was placed at the bottom of the bag not even in its own wrapper (look at photo). Grease was forming at bottom of bag due to the grease. When I was asked what size refresher I wanted, I told them I wanted a medium and then they responded with “how does a small sound”. I thought that was strange. When I did get the refresher, the color looked strange to me for what I ordered. When I inquired about it, I felt like I got a little bit of attitude from the employee in drive-through.

I always have a great experience. Greg is a great person to have at the counter, smiley and friendly.

Out of everything, charged me for the mandatory substitions, gave me ice cold coffee, got angry when I asked for hot coffee, asked me to pull up.this is my second experience here and both times same thing.no need for a third visit from me.

I placed a mobile order but the slip got lost so it took quite a while to get my order. The staff was very friendly and on top of it when they realized what happened. Even offered a complimentary donut for my wait.

Wait 30 minutes in the drive through, which had 4 cars in front of me. More than 5 minutes a car, what is going on? First time I’ve been to this location and won’t be coming back anytime soon with service this slow. Also their menu is not as robust as other locations. No wraps.

Coffee tasted burnt and left an awful after taste. Seems to be like that at all times hortons though.
Waited 12 minutes on a bagel and cream cheese, was told they were backed up in the back but they weren't even busy.

I love Tim Hortons and always will! I had an unfortunate interaction at this Tim Hortons with Alex though. I ordered a large latte, waited over 15 minutes (NOTE: this was not during any rush hour. I was the only one in line at the time) and then 3 people came in and ordered. They received their food and coffee/drinks before I did. Alex noticed me standing near the register and asked if I was waiting on anything and I told him I was waiting for a large latte. He said he was sorry and said he assumed someone else got it for me. He then made me a coffee, not a latte.
