17Go to this Tim Hortons everyday even though the gas station can be packed and trucks parking along the side which can make it difficult to see and drive sometimes but I still go everyday. I always knew not to give them a complicated order as I knew they would get it wrong or not have what I was asking. However, I still like going but now I'm getting annoyed with the staff, I ask for two or three basic coffee and still get up to the window with them only handing me one. Then when I get fed up sometimes and correct them then it's my fault like I'm adding something on at the window. I mean the girl in the morning has such an attitude she can at least make sure to communicate orders to her coworkers correctly. I should be able to say two or three drinks instead of saying them one after one so they will get it right.
Work was very rude and was trying to make me get egg on my sandwich when I informed her I don't eat eggs she told me that I couldn't get my sandwich unless I got egg on it because it came on it my drink was made wrong ask them to remake it and was told that I would be charged for both never would I go back to this location.
Come here every day get the same thing 2 for bacon egg and cheese with a substitute for another egg instead of bacon or sausage. Come this morning for my normal order now they want to charge me an extra 4 $ and keep the meat portion. Then ask me if I don't have enough money? I'm not the one working at Tim hortons I own a bathroom remodel company kid I got money. You do ooor business management.
Very long Pathway to drive through twisting and turning. People working the window not understandable. Could not understand as I ordered was asked to pull up to the window explained again that I wanted a small bag of coffee. They said they didn't have it I said do you not have a can of coffee but in a small bag? They said no. No prompt screen on menu to confirm order.
I ASKED FOR a BACON and EGG on a croissant with NO CHEESE! Repeated the order twice, nice and calm and all that. I RECEIVED a croissant with EGG and CHEESE, BUT NO BACON! They CHARGED ME FOR BACON! Of course, nobody believes in giving receipts anymore so I had to accept that a person with dietary restrictions had to go hungry and someone else had to eat it. Hire competent people and pay them accordingly!
This place used to be good when they had sensible workers.now days every other day someone new working and instead of customer service they chit-chat alot.some workers doesnt even have name tag. No one have proper role on any position they are working.it is sad i have to find alternative just to get my breakfast.
Not a friendly customer service. Wanted couple of extra cups for $32 order the guy wanted to charge.
I came for a interview I been here for 2 hours the manager said he would come back to do the interview he never came back smh wouldn’t recommend this job if you looking for work
15 minutes to get a bagel, lady before me ordered 4 hash browns only was given 1 and wasn't even offered the other 3.6+ workers as well
Well run operation. Very friendly service. Clean. Good quality food. Outstanding parking. Great location!
Very bad service, had to repeat my order over 10 times and over charged me for the little food and drink I got. Still made my coffee completely wrong and while making my drink asked me what I wanted in it and still made it wrong. Do not recommend this location at all, very slow service highly disappointed
Horrible service. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the woman was speaking to the people around her & then she claimed she couldn’t hear me. There was never any greeting, never said hi or how are you, she tapped my card, handed me the muffin and then the best part… her coworker placed my coffee in front of the window and she stared at it for a full minute before handing it to me. Like ma’am, don’t you have a time limit in drive thru? She was just RUDE to the core
I quite often like to get a coffee later and 1 of the few open. Since Covid good luck getting anything after 10pm unless you like McDonalds.
Horrible customer service and poor leadership from management. This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons you will ever experience. I won’t ever be coming back.
Employees are very rude. Always mess up my order. As this is the closest to my house and I don't drive I have ordered twice in a row and they messed up both times. Today they messed my order up and the driver went back to get the correct order and came back again with the wrong order. I can't stand this tim hortons and I wish I was able to switch locations for delivery. This place don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion.
Terrible! You can't hear through the drive thru, they don't get your order right and they never have anything in stock. Time to Get with it!
Worst Tim Hortons ever. Long wait, wrong change, wrong items made, customers served before me who ordered after. Never get anything here. This was their second chance and they won't get another.
