Tim Hortons, Rochester NY

11/13/2023 at 4: 40 p.m. I bought four medium coffees, and the person taking my order was rude. She pretended to be doing me a tremendous favor. I praised her multiple times for her service, but she never said thank you. I had the impression that I was bothering her. Benderson should put these workers through customer service training. I'm not going back to this location.

Waited 10 minutes and no one even came up to take my order or acknowledge I was there. The poor gentleman working was the only one in on a Saturday morning. How does management staff only one person on a weekend morning? You’re better off going to the Starbucks across the street or the Dunkin’ two doors down.

This Tim Hortons is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The workers mess around all morning laughing and not taking care of customers. I waited 17 minutes for an iced coffee and they usually forget my sandwich. Stopped going after going through the drive thru and then forgetting my sandwich again. Workers don’t smile and you can tell hate their jobs. This location gives Tim Hortons a bad name. Stick to car washes.

Workers were ok. I had the grilled cheese it was ok, but it needed to be more hot. It was just warm.

When we come to Rochester from Connecticut, I can’t wait to visit Tim Hortons!
