Timberland Outlet - Deer-Park, Deer Park NY

I loved the experience I had there on Sunday. I had the best associate she was great. I needed to exchange a gift that was waaay too big for me and she was able to get me fitted into a great pair of boots. I did have to pay the difference but it was worth it. She knew her products, told me about discounts and upsold me on a better product. Thanks a bunch

Everything was priced high with no real deals. It was clean and family friendly environment. I can't stress enough that it was expensive. I can't go a ywhere without buying something and I left empty handed that day. I we t in 7 stores looking for a rain jacket amd the only place that was close to being a decent deal for a nice jacket was timberland.

My wife and I leave in deer park so it is convincencee for us to go to this store looking for a pair of boots for the winter sales men wa very nice got the boots and hand them to me. Then I ask a manager we’re could I seat and try them on and she said with an abrupt attitude there is no seating and I said why not. As she roiled her eyes after I said I need to seat and try on the boots clearly this is a young staff as I handed back the boots and said not interested in the boots any more as I said to this manager you should have something for seniors to be able to seat in the store and try on boots. Then all three of those managers thought it was funny when I maid my point too them. They made me feel humiliated I will never go back into that store again. Very Unptofessional.

Shopping for a wedding in Florida I have to attend in December, I needed a light cardigan. I met Stacey in N. Y. Dress Shop. She helped pulled my outfit together and is extremely helpful and sweet. Ask for her and tell her Debbie highly recommended her help.

They had an umbundance of workers to assist with purchases during the Christmas holidays and they were very friendly and helpful.

Product selection/availability is hit or miss sometimes but the customer service provided by the young people employed there is always excellent.

I went to thisTimberland store to get boots for the winter. This store was clean the customer service was good I took my time and found what I really liked and I didn't feel rushed rushed. The prices were good and affordable. In the winter time I really enjoy wearing Timberland boots

Great selection of timberland products at great prices, and helpful service. I wish the store was larger, and what I originally wanted in footwear was not available in exactly my size, but still a good experience.

The staff were very helpful. The boots make your feet feel great and then I found out that they carried sneakers which felt like they were part of your feet. I won't be going back to the New Balance store again.
