Time Shred Services, New York NY

I have now used Time Shred for both my office when covid closed us down and we went remote and my apartment when I just needed to clean out papers and disks prior to a renovation. They are reliable, efficient and totally fair in pricing. I would use them again and have told others about them.

Timeshred NEVER showed when i had a scheduled appointment. I waited the for 6 hours and nobody showed or called. Do not use this company.

I haven't even used this company yet. I was looking for a company that picks up shredding for residential I was browsing the internet and this company was the first to come up, it was meant to be. I was stressing because I have a lot of papers that are not open. I had a quite a bit of questions to ask, and the young lady that answered the phone Adele was so lovely to deal with she had empathy, she answered all my questions and her answers were genuine not some bull like other places I've call. Adele gave great Customer Service and that is important to a company. I will definitely be using this company as soon as I get the rest of the paper in order.

Time Shred is my one and only shredding company. They come directly to my office, take all of our files that need to be shredded and provide their services so smoothly you hardly even notice them being there. Not to mention, they need very little notice to come onsite to shred all the unwanted paper. They have made it my office on one-day's notice. Very reasonably priced too. 5-stars!

I had an excellent experience. People who answered the phone and who came to pick up the papers were friendly and helpful. They were reliable and did exactly what they said they would.

Johnnie Williams was the person from Time Shred that came to pick up our shredding materials, and I have to say that his professionalism was exemplary. The security desk at the facility gave him a bit of a hard time, but he brushed it off, did his job with a smile, and he couldn't have been nicer. Great experience overall and I hope Mr. Williams gets recognition for being a great employee and representing Time Shred in such a positive manner.

WOW! I just had a job completed by Time Shred. They are great! Great customer service. Thank you Megan and Diana. Thanks to the guys that came. They arrived at 2: 50pm and were gone by 3pm. And yes, you can see your documents being shredded inside the truck. Love the on-site feature.

Unprofessional phone representatives. Called for a quote and was transferred to 3 different people. After speaking to the 3rd representative, I asked he could email the quote to my company email. The gentleman was too lazy to do that, and instead wanted me to email him. So I complied with his request, emailed him requesting the quote, and he never got back to me. Ended up going with another local company. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Service was outstanding. John Wall was the employee who handled the shredding. What a nice guy! Quick & easy. Highly recommend this company.

Very polite and efficient loader who was very friendly and helpful. I was accidentally overcharged by $10 on the amount that I paid ($169 plus tax) versus what I was quoted ($159 plus tax) and he tired to figure out how to rectify the problem Due to time constraint, I could not avail myself of his offer to assist. But he was most apologetic.

Friendly, courteous, prompt and thorough. It must be noted that their minimum charge - plus additional charges just to toss a hard drive into the hopper right after the paper - is rather expensive for a small office, but they get the job done.

I had an appointment. I called the day before to confirm. I was told to call at 8 am on the day of to get the window. I did was told 10-2. I called at 2: 10 after hearing nothing. No answer left a message. It’s after 3. I’ve called 3 times no answer and no pick up. Lousy company.

They list as shredding in New York City and they don’t unless you arrange it - So they might be a great service but they are not doing what they say
