Times Union, Albany NY

I was there to pick up my early edition of the Thanksgiving edition of the Times Union. It's the largest edition of the year and chocked full of helpful advice and recipes for the holiday season.

Won’t stop calling me and thanking me for my subscription but I never subscribed at this point I’ve literally screamed at them the last 4 or 5 calls and they STILL CALL

Very poor service, 2long for Unloading minimum 3 hours, very bad experience

The digital subscription is awful. They show the same articles every day. On June 18 the Times Union was reporting a tornado watch - that was newsworthy. The article was reporting a tornado watch from three days before - June 15. It was still prominently on the site June 18. Only the main headlines change on the digital version. Kathy Hochul has been "non-committal about blah blah currency" in an article for seven days in a row. The prom photos were up forever. The print version must have different articles every day, I hope. Maybe not. But I don't want the paper piling up. If you get the digital subscription, you're getting one full day of news in all seven days you're paying for the digital.

Terrible customer service by phone.
Can not understand the representative each
time I have call. I have not received a paper,
although my check cleared through my bank nearly 3 weeks ago. I called again today and still haven’t received
any helpful information.

Nice place but the most recent event wasn't worth the 15 bucks by a long shot. Try something similar but more importantly triple the size of the exhibit. Nice place tho!

Thank you so much for ripping off your members and your community. For making it impossible to cancel your subscription and for forcing your “loyal members” to pay money to cancel for a made up back log that does not exist after being told that there is none because you no longer can receive new members for this exact reason.
