Dr. Awan is amazing. When I express my issues I feel heard and she always responds with kindness and compassion. She takes care of my needs and helps me to feel the best I can given the circumstances.

The whole experience from the front desk to the little wait time to see a physician is by far 5 star. PA klics has been truly amazing. Takes her time and always makes sure I'm taking proper steps in my shoulder recovery.

I would like to give a shout out to Kirby Turner he is a huge part of my recovery and key person in my pain management support. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He explains everything and knows when Dr Groth is needed. I have been using the Shirley office since 2019. From the moment I walk into the building I am greeted with a smile from the kindest staff. I adore the supporting staff at this office they are the best. I have also seen Dr. Amen and Charles Monanian and they got me through some tough days. Moving with less pain and sleeping through the night is something that everyone deserves. Dr. Groth team is always there when I need them the most. PS. To all the bad drivers out there - I hope you slow down and stop hitting people you don’t ever know the all damage you cause. If you’re hurt do not hesitate to call Dr Groth team. I came to see Dr. Timothy Groth and his staff in their Shirley, NY office this past September. I sustained a back injury that sent me to the ER at Stonybrook. My insurance provider was giving me the runaround. Leaving me unsure of what to do.
I was refered to the office of Dr. Timothy Groth.
Firstly, Dr. Groth's staff was amazingly kind, empathetic, cheerful, and extraordinarily helpful.
Then, when I met Dr. Groth. I found him to be remarkably knowledgeable and comforting. Dr. Groth read my MRI and suggested a comprehensive plan of treatment that is targeted to ease the intense pain that I am experiencing.
Through epidural injections and medication, (by Dr. Groth and Dr. Amen) I feel that I am on the right path to being pain free. Also, his staff are professionals at navigating the insurance labyrinth.
I don't know what the future brings. Perhaps I may ultimately need a surgical procedure?
But, right now.
I am in good hands here.

I've been coming to this office for about a year and a half now. I have a few cervical herniated discs, and I'm trying to hold off on surgery as long as possible. I've had an epidural injection by Dr Groth, and trigger point injection by multiple providers who have all been wonderful. For the last year, I've been seeing NP Amanda for the injections. She is fabulous. Really listens and tries different solutions for my pain and headaches. I can't speak highly enough about this office. I'm grateful I was referred to them.

Have nothing but wonderful words to say about this office! Worker’s Comp.is so difficult to deal with, but they take the patient’s care seriously and put them first! Dr Groth is so kind and Amanda Klicks PA has been such a vital part of my healing process. Although it’s a large office with many providers to choose from, it feels more like a family and friends environment. I highly recommend this office

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Groth he has always been very caring and compassionate in his care. The Shirley office is attentive and caring. Last week I saw Dr Wang for my neck pain, I was post op a subclavian transposition. I had gone to 2 doctors already with no resolution. Dr. Wang listened to me sent me for test and saved my life. I had a left internal jugular blood clot.
