I came to Dr. Roberts at 19, I had already had four back surgeries and I was looking for a different doc to do the fifth. Dr. Roberts explained everything to me from pro to cons and best out comes and worse. I truly believe I can come to him with any concern I’m having and know he will give me a straight answer and not sugar coat anything like so many physicians do. I live about 4 hours a way and he has always been accommodating whether it’s me being late because of traffic or doing a virtual appointment with me so I don’t have to make the long haul. I will now only trust Dr. Roberts to handle my spine and if I need and more surgery he will be the one to do it. I’d highly recommend anyone who is unhappy with their current physician or just looking for one to see him you won’t regret it.

The place was really fast, for my appointment I was in and out, which was awesome nd the doctors seem to have so much care. I got lucky super lucky are there just really good as well #NYSI

Great office! Dr Roberts took so much time going over my fracture. He really listened to my history of back and neck pain from scoliosis and set up plan once my fracture is fully healed

Dr. Roberts was very prepared for the visit. He knew the history well. He was very polite throughout the visit and listened attentively.

From the first time I've met this doctor he gave me the impression that I could trust in him, I have been to other clinics prior to this and I didn't get the same feeling as the one that I got with him, he never put pressure on me to have this procedure done, he professionally gave me his advice and I just simply believed in him. About a couple of weeks ago I got a Lumbar Surgery with Doctor Roberts and I feel extremely proud of my confidence and judgement on choosing him for it, I don't know if I would have the same feeling with anyone also. Today two and a half weeks after, though I am still recovering, I thank God that I am doing excellent considering the circumstances.

Doctor is great. Only thing is you leave messages you get no phone calls back. The doctor asks to call to give him an answer.about doing a procedure. I call no one answers.so I leave a message, its been a week now. This is not the first time this has happened.

I’m experiencing very bad lower back Pain spine area. Spoke to the doctor was very openly about my Pain. Doctor heard me and will schedule me for treatment hope will take Pain away.

Doctor Roberts is outstanding! He explained everything in a way that could be easily understood. My surgery is complicated but he broke it down for me. This is going to be my third back surgery and I regret not knowing Doctor Roberts before the first one.

I have been at both his Queens and Manhattan offices. Easily accessible, short wait times, friendly and helpful staff, clean relaxed environment and multi lingual staff. Dr. Roberts is a professional he is detailed in his evaluation and he recommends what is best for his patients.

He is one of the best doctors and surgeons. He makes you feel calm in a very stressful situation. Spine issues can be overwhelming but he explains everything in ways you can understand. I had a 3-level fusion in March 2019, and it was a very rough surgery. But he got me through it, and all of the symptoms I had pre-surgery were gone.

My case was not that obvious. The MRI didn't show all the problems I was having. But he believed me and kept doing tests to make sure he could pinpoint what was going on. It felt good to be believed. Not every doctor listens to the patients. Some put too much emphasis on the diagnostic tests. I have had that experience many times but never at NY Spine.all great surgeons.

Dr. Roberts also goes above and beyond for his patients. I was having trouble getting an authorization for an MRI. I called him. He listened to me rant because I was upset.and I mean he really listened. A short time later, I got a call with the authorization # and I was able to take my test as scheduled.

I highly recommend him. You will be in great hands.

Dr. Roberts was amazing! My mom had back surgery and after getting her home, I was able to directly contact him with questions or concerns. That definitely meant a lot to us specially during this pandemic. Gracias doctor. Isabel O le agradece mucho.
