Tim's Pumpkin Patch reviews
18Pumpkin patch is empty, $40 dollars wasted on entrance fee. Overcrowded and 45 minute lines to enter shops. Very disappointing!
Have been going to Tim's for over a decade, it has changed a bit but is still a wonderful place to take the family.
Not worth a visit, came with my family we paid to get in just to stand in lines for hours eventually we didn’t get to do anything since even the line to pay for your pumpkins was at least a 50 minute wait, we ended up getting a refund for our visit and leaving we definitely won’t be coming back but the staff to take your money to get in were nice. The entire visit was inconvenient, lines extremely long (40- 1 hour wait for EVERYTHING including all 3/4 places to get food, buying pumpkins, the only line that was short was the one to come in lol) won’t be coming back, it has gone downhill, it used to be very cute and something my family would look forward to every fall and now we’ll have to find a new place to go pumpkin picking.
First time at Tim’s Pumpkin Patch. Food and treats were great. Drinks were good. Lots of stuff to do for kiddies. However every staff I encountered (at the Brew Barn & bakery) were miserable and rude. Didn’t have the Apple Float which we drove over an hour for:/. Heard great things but I don’t know. Staff need to smile and be nicer.
The place was packed but the staff kept the lines moving quickly. We went there for the cider floats and they were great.
Lines for everything. 45 minutes to get a drink, after a 10 minute line to pay to get in. It seems there is plenty of parking to get everyone in but not staffed to service all those people. If you could service the guests quicker you wouldn't need to charge for entry. I spent $50 when I finally got through the line. But you'd have to be crazy to get in line again. Had the line been quicker I'd have stayed longer and spent more money. Instead, we left as soon as our drinks were finished. The commute (not in your control of course) and the line combined made it a poor value for my time and money.
Tim’s is a BLAST! There is so much to do! A delicious bakery, corn maze, brew barn with awesome drinks, an apple trebuchet (SO MUCH FUN!), great places for photo-ops, several barns with animals to pet and feed, a wagon ride…I could go on and on! Their pumpkins are very reasonably priced, too! We will definitely be back next fall!
Fun Farm to visit for fall festivities! Very busy on weekends! We wished there were separate lines for baked goods and shop merchandise. So many people in line could not even look at the merchandise. Cute hay ride. They could decorate a little more for that. Corn maze was fun but not as organized as other farms I have visited. Pumpkin ale was good and others enjoyed the cider donuts.
Its ok. We went on Monday, which happened to be Columbus day. Make sure they were open, yes they were open, no different hours since Columbus day. The answering machine didnt say anything about being considered a WEEKEND DAY @ WEEKEND PRICES. So being a week day, as online says weekends $6 adults, $3 kids, and Mon thru whatever, i didnt care seeing it was on monday i was taking my family, week days said $3 for adults, and kids free. We get there to find out they are charging WEEKEND prices, because its a Holiday, the price to get in is now price of a weekend. That being the case, the answering machine should say thats how they were charging also. Not wait for people walking in to be shocked to have to pay more on a Monday. As they know people still came, even tho its not advertised as being weekends on a holiday during the week. Being so, pumpkins, and gourds are good price, but food and other food items, overpriced.
Make the drive for an all day fall activity. Bring friends. Bring the family. They have you pick or they pick pumpkins, prices were very reasonable. 2 bar locations for boozy drinks. Farm animals. Store for home goods and bites to eat. Hay rides. Kiddie play areas. Live band.
Warning, it is busy on weekends during the fall season.
This place is crazy. There needs to be more management. We were over charged for admission. 2 adults and one child 12 years old should have been $14, we were charged $19. The lines were so long we would have waited an hour for anything. We went through corn maze and went to the petting zoo, then left. We instead took our daughter to a different pumpkin patch where she could enjoy herself.
We had a great time here at Tim's. People were really nice, fun activities, great food and atmosphere. It was well worth the 1.25 hr drive.
I had fun afternoon there in Tim’s, the apple cider and pumpkin spice latte were good so as their bake goods, I bough the chocolate chip and cider donuts. There are also a lot to do aside from just buying pumpkins. The only downside is, there were too much crowd and the lines for the food are really long. Overall, the important thing was I had fun.
Didn't go out and pick this time around, but it is always a super fun place to go during the season! The band Molly and the Ringwalds was awesome! I encourage anyone in the area to give it a try!
Love going to Tim's, only thing that I'd like to see change would be having the 2nd bar available because lines can last 45 minutes for a drink.
Not good, why would you charge 5.00 per person for them to come spend money,
I took 12 grand children and my wife and children paid over 100.00 to wait 1 hour in line for food or a crazy hay ride, save your money and stop at a roadside farm and you won’t get riped off. I won’t be going back.
Could be awesome, the facility isn't large enough to support the volumes of people that come. Loooong lines, run out of some of those food items that look so good in there online pictures. If you live close, probably worth it to see if the lines are reasonable. We drove over an hour and waited longer in lines.
The lines for everything were extremely long. In fact, the line just to buy pumpkins wrapped around the building. The bathroom facilities were port-a-pottys. They were disgusting and none of the 3 I tried had toilet paper in them. We paid our admission, looked at the two barns with animals, and drove home.
