Fast service and friendly. Paul was great and handled three tires fast and had me on my way.
First off I will say that Paul is very polite and easy to deal with and was upfront on his labor and mileage charges. The water pump on my motorhome went out as I was pulling into the camp ground. My RV has an 8.3 Cummins and is a diesel pusher. Paul spent the day getting a water pump and working on replacing the engine water pump. Around 3pm he said he could not finish the job unless he removed all the radiators and could finish the job if I had my RV towed to his shop. He had said that he had experience working on diesel pushers, so I was surprised. He only charged me a few hours labor, mileage, and the cost of the water pump. The reason for only 2 stars was that, I decided to try changing engine water pump myself. I am not a mechanic but have some mechanical ability. I was able to remove the old water pump, install the new pump, and refill the antifreeze in 4 hours without removing any of the radiators. He is a super easy guy to deal with but I think he may have over stated his ability when it comes to working on diesel pushers.
We full time in a 42’ fifth wheel RV and needed an annual service. I called a week before we got to the campground and scheduled the service. Paul was the best! He came out to see what was needed one afternoon then returned the next day and did a complete break job and service. Very happy with the job and will definitely use him again if we need work in the area. He is a mobile tec and will travel if needed.
Very rude and disrespectful as well as charging whatever they want. Charged me 371 dollars for just coming and checking out the problem and then telling me a way longer fix for the problem. I told him no and he said bad things about any other shop that I was going to or talking to. Paul is sketchy and please don’t call them if you need help. Better off with anyone else.
Best experience! Pleasure to work with, prompt response, fast yet high quality service and great communication. Wish they were closer to our office to use reguarly for our fleet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
STAY AWAY THIS GUY IS A CROOK.freed up some brakes on a trailer of mine took about 20 minutes.received a bill for 600 dollars including 3 hours of labor. STAY AWAY THEY ARE THIEVES
