I've done several tours on the northeast coast with them - they are good!

The booking agent seems reluctant to answer my questions, her attitude gave me an impression of don't want to answer my questions, maybe I asked her the right questions that she didn't want to answer. She just say you want it or not,

My friends and I took tour from NYC to Niagara Falls with Tinma Travel & Tours. Our bus number was 168. It was good. Our tour guide was Ms. Shelley. She is great with friendly personality, caring, and has good knowledge about this tour. She made our tour more enjoyable. On my next tour I wish she will be my tour guide.
This was my 6th tour with company. Everytime went well. This time the only problem was Hotel Marriott where we stayed is not friendly at all, body language has attitude, no free breakfast, no free water, not even wi-fi. My experience from previous 5 other trips I found smaller name hotels are more hospitable than Marriott.

From 8/13 to 8/15, I participated in a three-day trip to Xiaomeidong. My husband’s leg was injured and it was not convenient to move. The tour guide, Ms. Gao, was very caring and attentive. The three-day care made our trip smooth and enjoyable. She thoughtfully arranged us to the nearest pick-up point, so that friends can pick us up conveniently. I sincerely thank Ms. Gao for her service. Let us travel to the East of the United States and leave good memories.

I love to travel any city, great food and hotel as well for the future

The 5-day trip to Yellowstone Park is over. Fortunately, we met a very nice tour guide, Xiao Huang Benson. He explained the past and present of the establishment of Yellowstone Park with very professional knowledge. The explanation along the way has benefited us a lot. His warm and thoughtful service and precise control of time and road conditions made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you Pegasus Tours! Thanks to the tour guide Xiao Huang Benson! I would NOT join another tour with Tinma/eWorldTours. They take your money and lock you in for a long bus ride. You will spend 90% of the time on a bus and 10% on the tour destination. BTW, most of the positive reviews were entered by the Tour Guide using the tourists’ phones.
