Tiny Doll House reviews
6This store had amazing miniatures and a lot of dollhouse stuff. However, the lady worker followed us around the store the entire time. It made my family and I uncomfortable.
I have been going to the Tiny Doll House since I was a very small child. Leslie, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about design and decor and amazingly imaginative when it comes to sourcing the proper elements for a new project. It’s such a joy to have pieces still in my collection from 22 years ago that look good as new.
Nice shop but rude staff. Staring at me the whole time I was there. Was trying to be friendly but one woman in particular was not having it! I offered to show her my ig and she said no. She was whispering to the other sales lady about something missing and I think she suspected me even though there were other people in the store. Was so looking forward to coming here but she ruined the experience for me. Will not return.
I love this shop and the folks who work here; they have a nice supply of houses, furnishings, food and keep adding all the time. It's a joy to walk in and see if my "houses" need anything-a new miniature book, new cake, new plants for the outdoors, new rake, holiday decorations like pumpkins, tacos or lobsters to eat, musical instrument, dog or dog bed, bird or birdhouse, you name it; they have it. My two houses-one a fancy townhouse and one a rustic log cabin-have given me and my family such pleasure, far better than sitting in front of a computer, especially during the pandemic. '
The displays are beautiful but I didn't have a good shopping experience. I asked for a bathroom set which was bagged for me. Only when I got home did I notice the faucets were very bent, the toilet scratched, and the package was stapled (probably returned by someone else). I live too far to return it and later realized the same exact set was $15 cheaper at hobby lobby. Also a lot of things do not have a price but vary from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars which makes it difficult to shop there. I would say if you are visiting do your research and inspect the items very carefully before you buy.
