Tiny Hands & Feet Daycare 2 LLC

This is a wonderful, wonderful daycare. The one most important thing you need to know is that this is a place full of love. They care deeply about the kids who are entrusted to them. I had two kids with them over the course of 2.5 years. The kids loved Leatrice, Ziggy, and the whole team. It never felt like I was leaving them at a business - it always felt like I was leaving them with family. I'll miss Tiny Hands and Feet and I'll be forever grateful for how they cared for my precious little treasures.

Wonderful, joyful and loving 3k program where our child was known and genuinely loved. Highly recommend!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could for the 3-K program and daycare (my children did both). They will love your kids as much as you do.

We feel so lucky to have found Tiny Hands! Our daughter was not used to dealing with other kids her age and after one day at Tiny Hands did a complete 180! She's loved there and met with a smile every day. Can't say enough about this warm, friendly, and nurturing space!

The staff are great and always welcoming, both my daughters attend THNF. Upstairs is for daycare and downstairs is for 3k students. I love the hours of operation and my children never came home with any issues or complaints of staff. The owner Ms. Latrice is so awesome! I say this this because weather i forgot to pack diapers or i was running late, THNF held it
down! There’s also an app where updates are given on children from pics to meal prep. Bada bappa baaa IM LOVING IT! They rock…

Our daughter went to THNF and we were so happy with our decision. It was at the height of COVID (Oct 2020) but we felt very safe with her going there. Ziggy and team were so sweet with her and she seemed to have a great time there! So grateful to THNF for caring for her.

I spoke to Leatrice and made an appointment to visit her and see the daycare at 545pm on 5/15/23. She told me to confirm early that morning which I did. I didn’t get a response till around 215pm when she stated she missed her flight and had to reschedule okay understandable things happen so we rescheduled for 5/22/23 same time.

On 5/22 around 2pm we confirm the appointment. It’s a 20 min walk from my house so me, my son and mom take the walk we get there a little early and we see people lined up to get their kids so we wait a little. I then called and also text Leatrice and no response. I left from the daycare at 6pm after waiting outside for 15mins with a toddler who is getting antsy just standing around. Unprofessional at its finest! Now it is currently the next day and i never received a callback an apology or anything for wasting my time. To know you had someone coming to seek a daycare and not care enough to answer your phone or text shows a lot and I saw everything I needed to see without seeing anything at all!

This is a private residence for daycare no? I was never informed what bell or floor I was to buzz when I reached your establishment.
The same way you saw us waiting you could of alerted YOUR staff that you have another tour coming, acknowledge us and just let us know that we are one at the right place of business two that we are not being overlooked. You saw my message and phone call AFTER the fact and still had no decency to follow up. I wish you the best of luck with your business as well.

You will never have to worry about your children here. I had my two girls here upon relocating my family to BedStuy. The girls were always safe and felt welcome. They were excited to attend the Daycare ever since day 1. The teachers are truly dedicated and care about the children they watch over and teach.
