Tip Top Shoes reviews
15The place is dope. I love the selection. I never heard about this place until Joe Simmons and his family recommended this place.
I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes for my daughter and the velcro was defective. The manager Peter was SO helpful with resolving the issue with the manufacturer. Its hard to find service like this nowadays - thank you Peter for going the extra mile for me!
I was at Tip Top Shoes on Monday April 24th with a friend who ended up purchasing a pair of Mephisto sneakers. I tried on some casual shoes that fit well and made my size 10 feet look small. The woman with black hair waited on me. She measured both my feet. I have a bunion on right foot. Brought out one pair but didn't fit well. The second pair was better. She was professional and personable! I decided not to purchase in the end but she was never pushy and I appreciated that. I have shopped here before but the customer service was good! My friend had never been to this store before and liked her experience! I will return!
Staff is kind and very helpful! Shoes are pricey, but all their offerings are made with the highest quality that cannot be found in a store like DSW. I bought a pair of shoes and was given help to find inserts that would be perfect for them. Thanks Tip Tip Shoes!
Such great customer service from the staff who will help you find styles, sizes, etc! Harold is a gem. Thank you!
RUDE RUDE RUDE…I was Told unless I’m buying shoes now over the phone no one will help me since they were busy… should have ordered from somewhere else once I heard that. They also sent me the floor copy of the Birkenstocks I wanted…. Bottom dirty shoe all worn… BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE
Tip Top Shoes gave excellent service especially my sales man Harry. He was awesome with the knowledge that he has about The Hoka sneakers. I will be going back there for my shoes.
From an old neighbor, 200 W 72nd, The inquiry was burned out and moved to 2067 Broadway. From the early 60s to the early 70s.
Shoes from this store specially the hoka were excellent and the assistant, Mercedes Ramirez
Was great and professionalism on the floor.
Couldn't find my cloud monster ONS shoes in sock anywhere else. Ordered them from Tip Top and they got here really fast. I love these shoes.
No more men's 7 1/2.of anything! "We start at 8. " Well, they've lost this (small-footed) customer. Too bad.
Best Store On The Upper West Side Excellent Customer Service! I Love The Shoes The Store How Nice Every One Is Love The Manager Zee Worked With Lester Before they Go Above And Beyond For Customers I Recomend!
I went into Tip Top Shoes after having ankle, shin, and hip pain from high arches for years. I’d been told to buy several brands of shoes to help stabilize my arch, but nothing worked all that well. Then I met Melvin.
Melvin analyzed my walk and confirmed I overpronate, and said there were better shoes for overpronation. I felt and saw the difference (in the mirror) in the shoes he had me try on. With his suggested shoes, my arch no longer rolled inward like it did with the shoes I had previously been told would work for me. Many months later, and I no longer feel the pain in my legs when running or walking.
Melvin is fantastic and I’m going to bring my mom here to help her get better shoes!
Pushy sales people, with the advent of the Internet better options available for shoe purchases. Eventually places like these will be obsolete. Caveat emptor
They are flat out just terrible customer service is horrendous doesn’t know how to communicate. I would never tell anybody to come to this establishment and look for positive results overall I give it a 1/10
